She was great and she was very knowledgeable of each one. They even have a person on the site that has been repairing and refurbishing washers and dryer's for almost 30 years. He was very nice and he knew his work. I purchased a dryer "That day" and it was delivered "That Day". I didn't even spend what thought I would spend. There was a delivery fee but overall, we have a great dryer, it gets nice and hot, it drys quick, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It works like brand new. I definitely recommend going here! Oh and in case you're wondering about how long ago I purchased our dryer; it's been almost two months and it still works great!

He came, I explained the situation, about 30 minutes he came back and told me the issue and already have a solution and provided me with the amount. He was able to fix my washer in under two hours, where had I gone through the warranty company, they would not have even been able to come out until a week out. For under $500, I think it was well worth it, and he also provided me with insight on how to prevent future issues from arising. Hands done the best appliance company you could ask for.

More calls, more texts, all ignored. He came to my property, caused damage, dodged my calls, screened me by number, and then went completely silent. He stated he get the part and would be back in the morning to fix it. (I had just bought groceries and was worried about losing them.) We wrote him a check, that he cashed immediately the next morning. We waited until the noon and called him. He stated he was waiting on his friend with the Freon and would be out, he never came. We called and canceled and he stated he would bring us a check less the $150 service fee. Later I attempted to call and realized he had blocked both mine and my husband's number.
