This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

When I called them a few days ago, I was told I should call the people who closed the pool, The woman who answered the phone said if they came out again it would be minimum of $250. However from that point on everything went down hill. I told him I would call in a week or so and finalize a deal. A week later I called and told him I would like to order the stove he showed me. He explained prices went up but he would honor original price he quoted and also said he would send someone by to look at chimney. I waited weeks and no one showed up. Called back and spoke with someone else who had no clue about the transaction and suggested I send pictures and basic information along to sales at their email. I did so and again didn't hear back from anyone. I called a week later and was told the guy I spoke with was out on vacation and would be back that Tuesday and he would return my call. Guess what no return call. I called one more time and got yet another person who would not honor the original price and asked all the same questions I've already answered several times before.
