I could not be more pleased. Cantor Law was ethical. professional, patient with me, and fought on my behalf to ensure that I was treated fairly. The outcome was much more favorable on my behalf than I expected. I would highly recommend Mark and his team!

Our experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. Communication declined sharply once…read moreit became clear the at fault party had minimal insurance and few assets, and important updates were no longer reliably shared. The most serious issue involved a 20 day appeal deadline. The firm says the notice was sent by standard USPS mail with no tracking, yet made no effort to confirm my daughter actually received it or understood that a deadline was running. When we later asked what happened, the managing attorney insisted she "got it in the mail," despite providing no evidence she ever received it. Because of this, my daughter missed the deadline and permanently lost her right to appeal--along with the possibility of a higher recovery. These communication failures are documented in email correspondence, not based on disputed conversations. We were also charged a $150 office fee related to issuing the settlement check--a check that, notably, was not mailed and had to be picked up in person at their office. This was in addition to a contingency fee significantly higher than the commonly cited one third rate for personal injury cases resolved before litigation. Prospective clients should ask detailed questions about fees, extra charges, and how those deductions affect their actual recovery. We also encourage anyone considering this firm to ask how they handle cases with limited potential recovery. Our experience suggests the level of communication may depend on the amount at stake. We expected clear communication and timely notice of deadlines. Instead, we were left trying to reconstruct what happened after an important deadline had already passed.

I was very specific about my needs and she totally disregarded them and did what she wanted and if I would have stayed with her I would still have 2 more years to wait to get on a court docket. I called Brown and Crouppen because of previous experience with them on a bankruptcy case, which they handled with tact and dignity. I was kept informed by Brenda and Shelly every step of the way, I was never made to feel like an inconvenience, or a burden. I live in pain every day of my life and this situation is not one that I would wish on anyone. And before I went to Brown and Crouppen the only insurance I could get was from Obamacare, don't even get me started on that. It was useless so I couldn't get the help I needed. Brown and Crouppen took my case, that the other attorney had for 4 years and in a little over a year, won my case, got my back pay and my Medicare was retro dated to 6 months before my disability even started to help out with my gargantuan medical bills. I can't say enough about Briuwn and Crouppen, specifically Shelly, Brenda and Robert Simmons, except to say, I LOVE MY LAWYER!!! Thankyou all so much for what you did for me, I can never thank them enough!!! God Bless
