Morgan and Morgan assigned my case to 3 or 4 lawyers before settling on Chris Deifilets who held on to my case for 2 1/2 years doing nothing. Finally he had me undergo a hearing with the person who hit me lawyer. He didn't tell me that I was going to have to pay for this lawyer. Finally when he ran out of excuses to either take my case to court or get a settlement he had without telling me gave it to another lawyer Jeremey Collins which turned into a disaster. I ask them if he would litigate my case in court. He adamantly refused. Bradshaw obviously did not vet the lawyers. So after several months Jeremy Collins got a settlement for $9000.00 of which I received a meager tranche of $2500. I am 80 years old and stuck with permanent injuries. So no I would not recommend Bradshaw for an injury lawyer.
