Sandberg Pheonix and the other trustee decided to spend $3000 of subdivision money to file a a restraining order against me holding the meeting. The meeting was both required to do my role as president and in the best interest of the community as it allowed everyone to share thier perspectives that were shared privately with me. I'm still not sure how the subdivision money to file the restraining order was authorized, but clearly it was motivated by this firm protecting and seeking to increase its revenue.
