He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. If this is the level of customer care to be expected, this business has a bright future!

Side note: The owner has a "GUNS ARE WELCOME" sign hanging behind the register. While we were checking out, my 7yo asked him why he has the sign hanging since guns usually are not welcome (in our home, that'the case). The owner didn't seem able to answer and just shrugged it off. This a fair question considering that 2nd graders undergo active shooter drills on a regular basis in this country. We miss Jenkins!

Paul took the time to meet with us both, to show us several of the houses he has landscaped; to give us ideas. We weren't sure even where to start, we just told Paul that we wanted a variety of plants and colors. He brought his crew in and within 3 days they had all the old plants out and beautiful new plants in place. There were trees of all colors, as well as evergreens of all shapes and sizes. There is an amazing stone walkway from our garage to the back yard, with different types of plants flanking both sides. Well placed boulders along the stairs help set off the small plants and ornamental grasses on the hillside. We were unsure of having lights placed among the plants but decided to go ahead with them. Wow what a difference they make, so glad we did. We are amazed and in awe of the finished oasis of lights and plants we have in our backyard and around the pool. We can't give enough praise to Paul and McMurray Nursery for a job well done; product, price, and his crew all included.

Mike is the person you deal with for issues with plants and he couldn't be more nasty. He even admitted to me they knowingly sold me hundreds of dollars of trees two days before they announced a 50% off everything sale and said wouldn't you do the same in your line of work. My boyfriend went in and the man he worked with was also miserable and nasty. The staff takes pictures of my withered plant and send them to the owner and the owner tells from the pictures whether or not the plant is fully dead and can be exchanged. The poor staff member was so apologetic about the situation and was clearly embarrassed when she was told not to honor my warranty. This is a $50 lesson I won't soon forget. The owner does not honor their warranty unless the plant is "fully dead."

They asked if I had a letter to send them include, that they could design into a card to include with the order. They really went above and beyond and took any and all stress out of the process, while my mind was a million other places given the situation. The store feels small when it's crowded and sometimes it's difficult to navigate around the crowd, but the aisles are wide.
