They were punctual and got the project completed in the time we had been given at the start. The work done was thorough. They are true craftsmen. They are a little pricey, but the quality of work is outstanding. So they deliver your money's worth. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Good people to work with. They clearly knew the product was bad because they provided full refund but even the replacement plants are not in good shape. Mike is the person you deal with for issues with plants and he couldn't be more nasty. He even admitted to me they knowingly sold me hundreds of dollars of trees two days before they announced a 50% off everything sale and said wouldn't you do the same in your line of work. My boyfriend went in and the man he worked with was also miserable and nasty. I will add when I was waiting to check out there was a man in front of me returning everything he had purchased within a few days ago so there is a pattern here...I recommend Michael Brothers- lower prices, kinder staff and BETTER QUALITY!! He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. I was totally unsure what to do to select plants and get them to the counter and car so asked the staff. They all were so very cordial and helpful. I just got a cart outside, loaded up, and wheeled it to the counter inside. I inquired about potting soil to plant outdoors if which they had several options. They asked me some questions and then recommended both a type and amount of soil and had me pull my car to a loading spot and staff loaded into my car. Love this place!
