Muna.... she IS the best!!!…read more I came in after growing my eyebrows out for 3 months. I was very very wary as my old threading place took a little too much off and left my brows very uneven. But wow muna listened to my worries about how I wanted my eyebrows still thick and she DELIVERED!!! She cleaned up my brows first then we both looked in the mirror for the next direction I wanted to go with my eyebrows. This is how eyebrow service threading should be!!! I couldn't be happier with the level of quality and care Muna had when threading. Also she is very gentle ; making this threading experience one of the best. She will be my GO TO threading person. Highly highly recommend!!

They were also incredibly flexible when our scheduling got a little chaotic. Not once did they make us feel stressed- they simply adapted and kept everything moving with grace. As for my hair, I asked for a teased, bohemian braid, and my stylist not only nailed the vision but personally threaded tiny flowers throughout. I was not prepared for how magical it would make me feel. That level of thoughtfulness and artistry is rare, and I will never forget seeing it for the first time in the mirror. If you are looking for a team that will make you look stunning AND make the experience genuinely fun, look no further! Highly, highly recommend.

I…read morefollowed her from a previous salon when she opened Duality Salon and I have never been happier with my hair. She does such an amazing job with curly hair and helping me to better understand my hair & work with products so I can achieve the same results at home. I knew that wearing my hair with my natural curl pattern was a top priority for my wedding so hiring Duality Salon for Hair & Make-up was an absolute no brainer. Lindsey, Vanessa & Veronica worked some serious glow-up magic and did such a fabulous job. They did hair and make-up for almost all of my bridesmaids and my mom. They worked efficiently through the schedule that Lindsey had created keeping things fun and light hearted. This really helped to keep any stress of time management off of my plate so I could just enjoy myself with all of my people!! They did a great job of taking each person's requests to create a gorgeous look. My hair turned out exactly as I hoped!! It was my hair with my natural curls highlighted. My make-up was gorgeous using relatively neutral colors to keep a very natural look. I never wear make-up so I was worried I wouldn't look like myself, but I never should have worried because of course Lindsey nailed it. My hair stayed in place throughout the night, even surviving my wild dancing so our send-off pictures were just as gorgeous as the ceremony pictures. I could go on and on forever about how much I appreciate this group. If you're looking for hair & makeup for an event or a new hairstylist you cannot go wrong with this group. I have pretty much referred every person I know to Lindsey including my mother, sister & husband!!

Prior to our wedding day, I met with Shannon and Danielle about my wants/needs for the day of and they were just a joy to work with. Our conversation flowed smoothly and you can see their passion in their work. When my Mom also wanted a trial done before the day, they accommodated her needs (especially concerns regarding mask usage and COVID). On the day of the wedding, they arrived on-time and were patient with my group; many who wanted "eyes only" done for the wedding due to mask usage. We had wonderful conversations the day of the wedding, and tons of laughter! When most of us asked for natural/neutral tones, Shannon delivered on her ability to make it work for each of our skin tones. Also, if you have questions or concerns about fake lashes, DON'T. The lashes that Shannon uses are AMAZING!!!! They don't look fake or gaudy, they look natural and beautiful! They accommodated the needs of limited hairspray (my husband is allergic) as well as ensured they had latex-free lash glue for one of my allergic bridesmaids, Truly a joy to work with! I am so grateful that I booked Shannon and Melissa for my wedding…read more For my makeup, Shannon was great at taking into account my preferences and making me feel absolutely beautiful without feeling too made up. Melissa took such care and effort with my hair. She also asked me my preferences about whether I wanted the front tresses up or down.. I told her up and then realized as she was almost done that I should have said I wanted them down. She refused to let me just say "No it's alright" and redid the entire braid. I have never felt more beautiful in all my life. I can't wait to see the pictures. Beyond their skill, they are lovely to work with and chat to. They definitely are in the right profession and I recommend them very highly.

I did a trial run a month before, and we got to go through several hair styles as well as several make up looks. I know my hubby likes my hair down more than in an up-do, so I simply ended up having my hair curled down to the side with a bejeweled clip--I'm pretty sure it wasn't that simple though, cuz I surely wouldn't have been able to replicate the exact look! It virtually stayed in place the entire night--believe it or not--and by the end, it was still quite presentable (see pic)! She also placed fake eyelashes on all those who had their make-up done. Thanks Michelle!

I booked my appointment online very late at night and entered my choices for days/times. Next day I…read morereceived a response with what was available based on my choices. There were a couple of slots available for that day and the next but waited until today. I was a bit nervous booking an appointment because I have had some terrible experiences last few months after my good friend/stylist had to stop to care for her 3 gorgeous babies. It was so bad I just decided to cut my own hair. Yea, that's pretty bad though I must say I did a pretty fair job thanks to my husband who helped straighten out the back a little :) So I checked out the reviews, crossed my fingers and held my breath because I booked the appointment for a time right before my shift started. So I had NO time to "fix it" before heading in to work. Charlotte had just finished up with a client as I walked in. She was very friendly, told me to have a seat so she could sweep and then welcomed me over to her seat. She was very attentive and receptive to what I wanted done. She told me what she would be doing and I closed my eyes and and thought happy thoughts as she massaged my head during the hair washing and then again, during the start of the hair cutting. She knew I was a little apprehensive so she kept me talking and seemed very genuine when she asked me questions about my kids, and life etc. As she worked she asked me what I thought and made sure that's what I wanted. Very sweet girl. When she was done I asked her to add a little volume to the top of my flat head and without hesitation she did that and once she was all done, I LOVED it! Very happy with Charlotte who by the way added me to her Monday schedule when it's super difficult to find someone! Also very happy with Jenn who was very prompt in returning my email. She also worked with my schedule because I work nights and I need the latest appointment available so I'm sure she had to coordinate with Charlotte. I had to change one of my choices because I went out on a date with my husband and she was sweet telling me to have a great night with him. She could have just ignored that but she chose to add a little bit of personality to what could have been a very impersonal email. That says a lot to me. I'll definitely be using Charlotte's services again!
