No one to be found. Upon check-in, the lazy, unfriendly cashier at check-in, barely looked up from her phone to provide any type of assistance. The only thing I got was "Pompano"? I said, yes I'm here in Pompano. She said no are you a resident of Pompano and I said no I live elsewhere in the county. She said $65 And then went back to her phone. After a couple of minutes, she realized that she hadn't pushed a button to activate the credit card machine. Are you kidding me!? Now we get out on the course and no beverage cart, no ranger and ridiculously slow play. When we finally called for beverage service, we were told to place our order online and someone would be out. When the beverage cart attendant showed up, she didn't have our order, was not friendly and argued about our order and whether it was even placed. We had to produce evidence that it was placed, and that she simply had not received it as of yet. Did I mention that she was rude?! Needless to say, we never saw her again. Upon leaving, again, no one to clean clubs and no one to help us with our bags. The only good part of the day was going to the restaurant that is not owned by the city, Galuppi's and they took great care of us. Find another place to play because this place clearly doesn't have their act together nor do they understand the basics of customer service. If I were in business today and had any control of this organization, I would fire everyone in charge!

Anyway, we arrived a bit early but they took us right in. There were a variety of different games you could play where you could get points even if you didn't get the best shot. So the kids were able to complete pretty well with us adults and even win a few rounds! They had a food and drinks available but we had eaten prior to arriving and didn't get anything. The offerings were chicken tenders, pizza, burgers and the like. Prices seemed reasonable. Overall we had a really good time and would likely go back at some point. Five stars from me.

Unfortunately, I selected the wrong date by mistake and contacted them to see if the reservation could simply be moved to the correct date. Instead of allowing a reasonable date change, I was informed that I would be charged for the reservation and would lose the benefit of the complimentary offer. I understand that policies are in place, but given that this was a promotional invitation from Topgolf and an honest scheduling mistake, I feel there should have been more flexibility and customer consideration. I hope Topgolf will reconsider how situations like this are handled, because the experience left me feeling that my business and loyalty as a customer were not valued.

I trusted that it had been handled. However, I was just charged for ANOTHER month because apparently my membership was never actually cancelled. This is incredibly frustrating. I did my part by contacting the studio and requesting the cancellation, and I was specifically told it would be taken care of. Now I have to deal with another charge and spend more of my time trying to fix something that I was already told had been resolved. If you cancel your membership here, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation and checking your account afterward. Unfortunately, being told that it will be taken care of was clearly not enough in my case.

The class was challenging but the teacher explained every single step so you could feel fully confident in participating in the class. I attended a Saturday class with some of the moms at our school. It was a fabulous experience. 10/10!
