Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Just a few things that kept me from giving it five stars. The painting area was a little too cramped. I was elbow to elbow with the people on either side of me, which made it a little hard to move around and paint. The actual brushes we used seemed to be a little worn, so they didn't paint as well. Maybe omitting one or two chairs from the tables to provide extra painting room would make it a little more comfortable? Just a suggestion, otherwise I would definitely recommend attending one of their painting socials.

Also the website has a few menus so it is confusing to know which one you will get. I let things play out with the staff but I wanted the burger that was on the online menu but I was presented the more expensive and different menu. It's confusing Overall (C) This was a tough review for me to write since this place has so much potential but they are not executing properly and the owners love for his daughter is resonating. Unfortunately i think that Megs lounge is going to fail. The prices are way too expensive, like by a factor of 2X or 3x, it is confusing to find, not enough marketing or promotions to get people in the door, etc My recommendation for management is to 1. Dramatically lower prices, 2. Create some type of consistent identity to the menu, 3. Do a much better job marketing by creating a strong social media strategy and better promotions. Also, liked the separate areas for shower and toilet. Another plus was the choice of restaurants attached to the Hotel-Zorba's lounge, Che Gita and Arista Cafe. We only got to try Arista and enjoyed the coffee. They have a good size lounge area with TV and workspace. Parking at their garage is complimentary and there was usually a spot open in the parking area in front of the hotel. Close to the downtown Naperville/West suburbs and about 50 minutes to Fulton market which worked for our trip. Service was friendly and engaged-Kelly helped with making our room change as smooth as possible given they were sold out of our original room type. They also have a car service for rides 10-15 minutes from the Hotel. Overall, solid option for a stay in the West Suburbs.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our day special and prevent us from stressing about a single thing. When we arrived, I needed some dirt stains taken out of my dress before joining cocktail hour. Molly wasted no time getting us a drink and a tray of delicious hors d'oeuvres while she used club soda and a rag to get the stains out as best she could (and it really worked!). The coordinators communicated flawlessly with our vendors to make sure everything went according to plan. Our guests had a wonderful evening as well. We received compliments on the food and bar service and the beautiful venue. I planned my wedding myself without hiring a coordinator and I have no regrets. The venue coordinator, Molly, helped me with so much throughout the process. She was so organized, always responded to my endless emails quickly, and she paid attention to every detail. We have a crew called the Colosseum, headed up by Terry and Sunny, who oversee the gaming and entertainment side of the convention. They've also been hosting special events at Hollywood Palms, located at 352 S. Route 59 in Naperville, Illinois. They recently organized a special event for the new Street Fighter movie. Even though it's a bit of a trek from Chicago, I wanted to support my friends and check out this incredible theater for myself. Upon entering, you'll immediately notice how HUGE the space is! There's an impressive collection of cinema memorabilia, including classic Hollywood posters, statues of iconic movie characters, and even a rainforest-inspired theme complete with a little waterfall. Each theater has its own unique design, and Theater 4, where we were seated, had a jungle theme featuring Aztec-inspired heads and statues. They also have a full-service bar near the entrance, where the Colosseum had its gaming setup. Huge shout-out to Terry and Sunny for putting everything together! The gaming area looked right at home in the space, and it was great seeing so many people having a good time. As for the moviegoing experience, Hollywood Palms offers a dinner-and-a-movie setup. You can order food and drinks, and a server comes to your seat to take care of you. I kept things simple and ordered hot wings and fries, which were decent. I also had an Old Fashioned before switching to a Sprite later on. My friend ordered the Impossible Burger with fries, which she enjoyed, and we all shared a small popcorn. I have to say, that popcorn was probably some of the best I've ever had at a movie theater! It was perfectly buttered and seasoned. Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. The only real drawback for me was that the lights remained somewhat bright during the movie previews. I understand that people are still placing food and drink orders, but as someone who actually enjoys watching trailers, I would have preferred the lights to be dimmed a little more. That's a minor complaint, though, because the seats were incredibly comfortable, heated, and fully reclining. Overall, I had a really fun experience at Hollywood Palms. It was a bit of a drive from Chicago, but considering everything the venue has to offer, from the gaming and entertainment to the food, drinks, and incredibly fun decor, I can definitely see myself coming back, especially for special movie events. For my first visit to Hollywood Palms, I'm giving it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for a moviegoing experience that goes beyond your typical theater, this place is definitely worth checking out.

They have doors opening on both side so it could be confusing to some people. Inside the building is very nice. There is a lot of nostalgia photos and film relating items all over the place. Seats were comfy. It reclining for the legs, and head. Plus it is also heated seats. There is QR code on table to look at your drinks. And if you wanted extra service, there is a button on the front to call your server. Food at this place is always decent but I can tell the different between now and about 10+ years ago. 10+ years ago was great quality, and huge portions. There is an automatic gratuity added to your bill. Our server did let us know ahead of time. I do feel there are pros and cons to this. It is nice to be auto included since Ive had problems in the past trying to read my receipt during the movie. However, the incentive to go above and beyond is little gone.
