I went in for a crown and set up a payment plan for the procedure with a $400 deposit. Dentist…read moredecided it could not be done and I needed an implant. they wouldn't give me a bridge and offered to pull my side-front tooth. I decided to cancel services with them and get my $400 refunded. The office finance manger-Valerie agreed to process the refund (Feb.9th). As of March 2nd I have NOT received the refund. She assured me she was calling corporate billing daily to check on it. I called Corporate billing 3/2/26 and they had NO record of the refund request. Valerie blatantly lied to my face about placing a refund. After being in the office initially, for 1 1/2 hrs. they decided to give me a deep cleaning and only cleaned the right side of my mouth!!! The numbing shot caused my my right nostril to be in pain for a week. I HAD TO GO THRU CORPORATE GRIEVANCE AND DELTA TO GET MY REFUND PROCESS "STARTED". DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!
