I recently bought a used car from Vijay and his team and the experience was by far the most pleasant I have ever had, especially considering that the entire transaction was conducted online and by phone. Vijay and Raj were never less than helpful, courteous, and honest, keeping in touch throughout the whole rather complicated process of arranging finance, licensing the car, and having it shipped from Brantford to Ottawa. And the service didn't stop there. For example, the car arrived without its flat repair kit, but Vijay didn't shrug it off, as another salesman might, even though he already had his money and the transaction was over. Instead, he tried to source one in Brantford and when he failed asked me to buy one and promised to reimburse me. Kudos all round!

I call back and they weren't busy at all. Wanted to come right then and there. Iexplained the situation and that I needed a tow for 7am. Buddy tells me to call in the morning????? This made me eneasy but agreed. Next morning, I call, the guy is obviously sleeping, doesn't even know what day it is and says it will be two and a half hours!! Rude operators and inconsistent service. Not worth the couple dollars you will save!

I recently bought a used BMW. After driving for about a month the check engine light came on. I had…read morebought a Lubrico Warranty that covers the engine and they sent me here as it was one of the repair places that I could go to for the warranty. I spoke to a gentleman and he told me to bring the car at 1:00 which I did. I called back at 5:00 and they said they are just getting my car in. I called back the following morning and the guy said that it appears to be sensors and that they had to order the parts but it could also be the thermostat but wouldn't be able to tell until the sensors were in. I understood that neither the sensors or the thermostat would be covered under the warranty as it wasn't an internal engine issue but I let them do the work as it was an approved Lubrico Service Center that worked on European Cars. I received a call at 5:30 and the man said we are just receiving the parts now and we are going to put them in. I will call when I am done. He calls back at 6:45 and says he is done and they close at 7:00. I said ok I will pick it up in the morning as I don't want people to stay late and wait for me to get there. I arrived at the place at 10:00 the following morning and I saw a guy and he said the sensors are put in but the engine light is still on. You have to call back and make another appointment for the thermostat and I got a $900 bill. One day later I took the car to my regular mechanic Duke Motors on Yonge St. He ran a diagnostic test on the car and said there are some sensor codes that came up and he would check. I asked him if the thermostat was ok and he said no code came up but he would check again. After further inspection it was discovered that 2 sensors that were used to repair the issue by Best Auto were cheap after market sensors and not BMW sensors and 2 Sensors were not changed. Furthermore there was no issue with the thermostat. Also there was a small wiring issue that had to be repaired and he changed the oil filter because of the nature of the job he had performed. After he had replaced the sensors with BMW sensors and replaced the sensors that were not replaced and did the work I just explained my bill came to $600. I showed him the $900 invoice and he said these sensors do not cost this much and the invoice was very hard to read as to what was ordered. Do not take your car to Best Auto on Enford Rd in Richmond Hill. Take it to Duke Motors. Lubrico will be notified as to what type of Service Center they have on their approved warranty list.

Anyhow, you'll still find an impressive assortment of cars and trucks at very competitive prices. They don't have to add a huge administrative fee to a sticker prices compared to tToronto GTA used vehicle dealerships. Their website allows anyone to search through Wilson's vehicle inventory without every having to visit the lot in person. If you really like something, nothing beats negotiating with sales representative Miguel whom my and brother and I have enjoyed wheeling and dealing with. Happy trails!

Both the salesperson and finance department were aware which vehicle I was actively pursuing. I completely understand that without a deposit, a dealership may sell a vehicle to another buyer. That is not my frustration. What was disappointing was learning through an AutoTrader notification that the Jeep had been sold. At no point did the salesperson or finance department contact me to advise that the vehicle was no longer available, despite knowing I had completed a finance application specifically for that Jeep. A simple message or phone call would have been professional courtesy and would have reflected much better customer communication. If communication and follow through are lacking during the initial sales process, it raises legitimate concerns about how more serious customer issues would be handled later.

SERVICE: I didn't have any issues with service until the last time I was there. I specifically asked for my vehicle not to be put through the car wash, because there was damage to the bumper. They did anyways and damaged it further. I understand people get busy, and miss stuff like this though and overall the experience has been good. I also got an inbox message calling me Kevin lol.

It is not up to the customer to send endless emails and receive a clear lack of customer service and misinformation between the dealership and Toyota Canada Credit.
