Great to have everything for our company at one Ford location....from parts-service-body shop-sales-commercial!

I went to Highbury Ford for repairs covered under recall warranty. I was told to bring the car in the morning, so that I can pick it up in the evening. I did as the person suggested. Later that day, the technician called me to say that they'll need it for one more day because it's a bigger job than expected. Although, this wasn't ideal for me, but I thought it was understandable. The next day, I was waiting for a call, so I can pick up my car. No call. I called late afternoon and they said that they'll need another day because they don't have the parts (which is something that should have been arranged when the appointment was made the previous week). At this point, it was too late to arrange a loaner car, so I wouldn't have a car for three days. Day 3: I call a few times in the late morning in order to arrange pickup of my car later that day (I worked, so would have to make arrangements for someone to drive the car to my apartment), but the technician didn't pick up the phone. I left a message for him to call me back . I called again around noon. The person I talked to said the tech is on lunch, but that he would tell him to call me right away. No one returned my calls. I called a total of 6 times that day and my talk would not return my calls. Later that day, while I was at work, he called to tell me my car is ready. Because of the nature of my work, I had to scramble within 3 minutes in order to make arrangements for a family member to pick up my car. When I finally got into my car, the bluetooth was no longer working Terrible communication. Broke the bluetooth in my car. Do not recommend coming here for service. I will not be returning Update: I went to a different ford dealership for diagnostic. They identified the issue and said highbury ford made a mistake. I brought the receipt for this to highbury Ford. Manager at first tried to dodge responsibility, threatened to have me trespassed because I raised my voice slightly, tried to get me to call ford canada (which is useless and he knows it because they have no control over dealerships). Refused to pay because I should have gone to them despite them having a conflict of interest and having lied to me previously. In a previous conversation he said I could go to another Ford dealer for diagnostic and now he said "but I never said I would pay for it". Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Difficult to get in contact with. Took 2020 f250 for estimate. Never heard from them again. I called several times,never got a call back. Finally called into secretary, she sent me to voice-mail. Called secretary back and explained my situation, sent me to voice-mail again.3 weeks,not one person helped me at highbury ford. Bought 2 trucks from them and worst experienced each time. Worst customer service ever with their service Center booking employee super rude, ignorant and disrespectful. when filing a complaint to management. they didn't return calls or even show any way they cared! Will NEVER go back I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give a zero I would !!Worst experience ever. Took car in for a check engine light. Part came in the next morning. Spoke to Steve at 11am and car would be done by 4 as I need to get to Toronto hospital that night. After 8 calls back after 4. I finally get ahold of Steve who tells me car not ready until the next day. Not sure why he felt the need to lie on call at 11. If he was honest I could have made other arrangements to get to the hospital. And then I find out the top warranty I bought that was to cover everything except for brakes, wipers and tires doesn't cover the repair. I have had car 3 years and have put less than 20k on it and this is not the first repair that was not covered. Stay far away from this place. Lies from the time you buy the car with the warranty to the service desk that never respond back. read more

I question dealerships fairness. My experience with this dealership is limited and limited to exposure through one salesman and internet and texting over the phone. My concerns are this are the dealerships really helping us right now in the midst of COVID if they are offering us trades on our automobiles not considering the tax which has been paid already on newer automobiles while offering us back free tax on less expensive vehicles on their lot. I have made it clear i come out better paying their tax on their vehicle which is $15,000 or so less as well as receiving tax on my traded-in vehicle. I am better by $1500 to $2000 and really there is no fairer way to do it or else they barely come within $8000 of my buyout price and i have made 16 months worth of payments. According to them i am still about $8000 short of a luxury automobile i have paid already close to $12000 in and a total of a $20,000 beating after just 16 months. Thank you but no thank you. They are refusing to add $5495 to my trade-in and taking back $3556.80 on their automobile. A difference of $1900 and change roughly. Come on people doesn't it make sense for a cap cost of $33,106.80 vs one of $34,945.21. By the way i offered something fair in between and said i am willing to work with them but paying too much for a domestic SUV after you trade in a luxury SUV doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth. read more

Highbury Ford charged my elderly parents $167 to change a battery. I called to object and they confirmed a $68 overcharge. It took 6 phone calls and 5 days to refund the overcharge to a credit card. read more

STEER CLEAR! They for did not tighten one of my tires and it feel off while driving down the road with several passengers in the car. They are now refusing to fix the damages to the vehicle. STEER CLEAR! read more

I was quoted $1400 for a part at another local Ford dealer, but called Steve at parts to get a comparison. He quoted me $712! :) I was able to get some piece of mind thanks to Highbury, knowing that I wouldn't be extorted and got the job done at the other dealership without paying an arm and a leg. I very much respect this honest, straight forward way if doing business and would probably take my car to them in the future, even though their labor rate is slightly higher than the other dealership. read more

I took my car here with engine problems. An independent mechanic could not diagnose the problem, but Highbury Ford was able to fix the car. When I picked it up there weren't enough employees to meet customers coming in the service station, so I had to wait 5-10 minutes. I wouldn't go here for regular maintenance, but would definitely come back if my Ford was having unusual problems. read more
