Took my car here after hail damage several years ago. Only reason I'm leaving this review now is…read morebecause my car was recently damaged and I'm looking for a reputable body shop to do the repairs. I will NOT be choosing this shop. Car was in pristine condition and mostly garage kept. When I dropped the car off for repair of several hood, roof, trunk and door dings caused by hail, I specifically asked to be notified if the roof liner was to be removed so I could drop off a new roof antenna to be installed while the liner was out. They told me that the roof liner would not be removed. When I picked up the car, I was pleased with the work that they did in removing all the dents. When I got home, I started noticing some small little things. My key was broken, the vanity light socket behind the sunvisor was MISSING, my passenger side mirror was cracked!!! There was also dirty finger prints all of the roof liner! This means they DID remove the roof liner! I went back as soon as I noticed all these things and was treated like a criminal for suggesting that they did this. They paid for a new key and fixed the vanity light but refused to fix the mirror stating they did NOT cause this damage. YES they did!! Fast forward a year later and my roof liner material started sagging and dropping. Obviously a result of it being disturbed for the repair. I went back again to the shop and was treated in the same terrible manor. They told me that this sagging was due to age not from them bending and contorting it to get it out of the vehicle. I have 2 identical year cars of same make and only this one is having an issue with a sagging roof liner. I will never go to this place again. I actively discourage family, friends and co-workers from taking their vehicles there and I filed a complaint with my insurance company to have this bodyshop removed from their "preferred" list of shops.
