I live in a condominium complex. A few days later, when I drove out of the driveway, I noticed a large oil stain where I was parked. No one else had parked there but me so I knew it was from my car. So we can only assume the pan was not wiped properly and hot oil had dripped onto our asphalt driveway in the location of the oil pan. Why would any shop put their least friendly man at the front desk? Aside from the terrible bed side manner, he refused to tell the mechanic to open my door from the outside handles since the inside ones were broken. He said they'll figure it out. I said every time they do that it breaks it worse and sometimes I have to climb in from another door, so please just let them know. He said OK, but he did not tell them! I spoke to the mechanic who worked on my car and he wasn't told about the handle. I asked about the price increase and he became upset and flustered, compared it to the price of buying chicken... I said I'm not buying chicken though, I just wanted to know why it's 30% higher in less than a year. I went to keep the paper and he snatched it from me, he said that was the work order I get the bill after I pay... which is actually wrong, I should be able to see the bill before I pay, the receipt is after. The whole thing stinks. I spoke with his manager on the phone later that day, he said ok, ok, ok, and nothing besides maybe I am right to go somewhere else... as if I was the problem here. If I didn't appreciate the good work of the actual mechanics I would leave 1 star. But they are fine. It's the boss and his underling who have the ego problems. 3 stars. Would not recommend unless you like cold and rude in your day.
