When I brought it to their attention, I was immediately told it couldn't have been caused by their work. On top of that, I was quoted a significant amount for a repair that turned out to be completely unnecessary. When I contacted the shop again to discuss the situation, their response was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." That was their entire response. No investigation, no concern, no accountability, and absolutely no attempt to make things right. It's unacceptable to dismiss a customer's concerns without properly looking into them, especially when there are legitimate questions about damage caused during a service visit. What's even more frustrating is being told something couldn't have happened under their care. I expected professionalism and a willingness to address the situation. Instead, I got denial, an unnecessary repair quote, and a dismissive response when I followed up. The way a business handles a problem says far more about it than how it treats you when everything goes smoothly. In this case, the lack of accountability and complete indifference were incredibly telling and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would have serious reservations about trusting this shop with my vehicle again. I would also suggest taking inventory of your vehicles condition before and after any service work being performed at this shop to protect yourself better than I did.

I live in a condominium complex. A few days later, when I drove out of the driveway, I noticed a large oil stain where I was parked. No one else had parked there but me so I knew it was from my car. So we can only assume the pan was not wiped properly and hot oil had dripped onto our asphalt driveway in the location of the oil pan.
