I have gone through this car wash twice the first time my tire on the driver side started a slow…read moreleak and I took it in and got it checked out and they couldn't find out what made this happen but they said it could have just bin rubbing against a curb because it was the valve for air that needed too be replaced same as the next time when it happened again 2 more times because when i talked to the carwash owner he said that's never happened and he didn't see how it could do that to the tire so I paid the $140 to get it fixed and went on with my day then I went a few months later and needed a wash so I went through the same car wash again and the same thing happened same tire and another $140 and then they said this time it may have bin ice that did it, so one last time because I had trust in the owner saying it couldn't be them and second time maybe being the ice so one last time and had another slow leak on the valve and another $140 to replace the valve and sensor again so I called the owner and said it can only be the wash doing it and 3 times same tire because that's the way it latches to the car to bring it through the wash and I got my ass bit off I wasn't asking for anything just wanted to let them know this happened and BOOM!! the rudest response ever so I'm calling back tomorrow to the actual owner's instead of just the people I talked to this time and I will for now leave this as a warning for people to just be careful of it and as a one star very unhappy and very upset of the whole situation $420 later and a very rude call but maybe after I call the owner's and maybe get a bitter resolution not trying to get any money back or anything like that just wanting... I don't even know what I want but definitely not what it is at now So I may change my star and mind then but for now just be careful and have a great holiday season and stay safe

I went to Mr. Lube last week to change oil for my car. the guys welcomes me at first and started to…read morechange the oil. While changing the oil they started selling me other services and they claimed that must be done and tried to convince me and leave me in a fear mood of if not doing that!!! When rejected one of the services the manager got upset from me and turned his face. they changed one of the parts after the other guy was pushing to change it and he said it is faulty and need to change it will save you gas, they changed it but couldn't install back, I was waiting for the manager to help but he came to help after 15 minutes because he served other car who came after me. They tried to convince me to change the transmission oil and they said it is in bad situation, You know what, I got it changed recently before going to Mr. Lube. They lift marks and figure prints on my hood, so after that I went to clean my car. BE CAREFUL This shop will try to oversell you and they cheat to make money. I will ever never go back to them.
