The winter rubber floormats were disgusting so I requested they be replaced with the summer mats. Not only were the summer mats installed but even the winter rubber mats were cleaned and look brand new. The dashboard, the seats, the console, the floors and the trunk were all vacuumed and cleaned and everything looks sparkling clean and smells fresh. Once inside she is ignored by the receptionist, and when the receptionist finally acknowledges her, is told to go back out and pull the truck into the garage. My wife trudges back to the truck through the snow, gets in the truck ( which is already just outside the closed garage doors she is supposed to enter) and starts it up and waits... 5 or so minutes later, the garage door is still closed, so she gets out, loads the baby in the stroller and makes her way back inside. once inside the receptionist gives her grief for not bringing the truck inside. long story short, she goes back yet again, pulls the truck through the now open doors, and they start to remove the tires. Then the tech breaks the lock nut socket, and they tell my wife to come back when she has a new lock nut socket. I called to see if they would at the least replace the lock nut socket and was rudely told that this happens all the time. The customer service at Woodstock tire service is terrible, as well as the tire service! I will not spend another dime at this tire shop.

Upon going to the automotive counter to pay, an older fellow I'm guessing is the manager told me the store is closed. I didn't say anything and he said it's car drop off only, there are no tills open. I was a little miffed, but didn't say anything, and turned to put the charger back on the shelf when this fellow yells at me "DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M SAYING TO YOU!". So I yelled "CAN I PUT IT BACK". At this point he looked embarrassed and walked away. I went home and ordered over night shipping on a charger from Amazon, and I'll shop elsewhere for a while.
