I had collision damage to a rear door and part of a quarter panel on my Lexus ES 300h. The…read moreinsurance company recommended a repair place in London (their first name is also "Car"). The estimate was astronomical, with repairs on areas not damaged, add-ons for numerous items not affected such as recalibrating a number of sensors, resetting all the airbags, front end alignment, frame straightening -- to name a few (I had grazed a concrete pillar in my underground parking garage, which they knew). i went to Car Fixers based on reviews. Their estimate was just over 1/4 of the other guy's!!! The work done was exceptional. The finish is even smoother than the original Lexus factory finish. I very highly recommend Car Fixers to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience and a complete lack of accountability…read more After having my vehicle was serviced here, I discovered damage to another part of my car. When I brought it to their attention, I was immediately told it couldn't have been caused by their work. On top of that, I was quoted a significant amount for a repair that turned out to be completely unnecessary. When I contacted the shop again to discuss the situation, their response was simply, "Thanks for letting us know." That was their entire response. No investigation, no concern, no accountability, and absolutely no attempt to make things right. It's unacceptable to dismiss a customer's concerns without properly looking into them, especially when there are legitimate questions about damage caused during a service visit. What's even more frustrating is being told something couldn't have happened under their care. I expected professionalism and a willingness to address the situation. Instead, I got denial, an unnecessary repair quote, and a dismissive response when I followed up. The way a business handles a problem says far more about it than how it treats you when everything goes smoothly. In this case, the lack of accountability and complete indifference were incredibly telling and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would have serious reservations about trusting this shop with my vehicle again. I would also suggest taking inventory of your vehicles condition before and after any service work being performed at this shop to protect yourself better than I did.
