I wanted to be really impressed and have a good camping time at this resort as it was recommended to me and we have always liked the Winthrop area. Although there were extenuating circumstances because of the fires in the area, we were definitely unimpressed with our accommodations as far as our campsite goes. Let me start with customer service, which doesn't appear to be available at this place even when you're talking to the woman at the front desk when you check in. She's very cold and not interested in making you feel welcome or anything else. Yes the air quality was horrible when I called a couple days ahead of us arriving. The two times that I called within 24 hours of arrival they told me the air quality was good. the air quality was at least at 90 which is not considered good at the time we got there it had jumped to 178. We both have asthma, so that meant no going outside to do anything which we were fine with at that point although honesty would've been nice and a more accurate description if it was actually going on, that would've been nice. Then less than 24 hours into it a brown out occurs in their area in fact, in an extensive area. When I went up to the front desk to ask why things were working in our RV she said well we're having a brown out. And said go ahead and use your generator which, of course we didn't bring with us thinking why would this happen. And she then proceeded to tell us oh, this is happened before. Would've been nice to know that as well. Anyway, we ended up leaving less than 24 hours from when We got there when our intention was to stay until the next Monday that wasn't gonna happen. So I went to the front desk again and nicely asked if I could get a partial refund as this is out of our control and we didn't exactly get an honest explanation of what was going on in the area regarding air quality. not to mention the meth lab wanna be Almost next to us. Of course, she said well. This is out of our control know all of what I was talking about was not out of their control. They refused to give us any kind of a refund at all especially when we paid for five nights there ahead of time. I will never ever ever go back to this place, or recommend it to anybody. In fact, I might even go out of my way and tell people how awful it is other than that our day turned out great And we found a different place to camp in a much nicer area with much more friendly front desk people

Lakeside veiw from the only plots we'll rest.

Had a great 2 nights! The lake is amazing and the air is refreshing. Will come again.

Lakefront, nice lawn, Wifi, RV hookups, showers. Bring kites, soccer balls etc: there's a big play field. They have a launch; if you have a boat.

Our view of Lake Pearrygin at Silverline RV Resort in May 2017. And then through out the summer. It's a beautiful campground.

Silverline RV Resort is a great family campground. Situated on Lake Pearrygin just outside of Winthrop the resort offers many attractions for the young and young at heart. From swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, peddle boats and jet ski rental from a local business. You can bring your own boat and launch here then tie it up on the beach for the duration of your stay. There are 14 FHU sites and 5 pull thru FHU. On the grass they have partial hook up sites with shared water and power and lots of tent sites. And there is a common grass area for setting up games or a good game of catch or volleyball. On the weekends they offer an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast for $5.00. And the bathhouse if exceptionally clean. There are people who have been coming here for over 15-20 years. If you are looking for a place to just chill or a family get away try Silverline Resort, you won't regret it. But get your reservation in early. One thing this place has going for it, it is popular.

I notice the other hotels and resort are located in Winthrop the downtown area, which basically have the entrance hotel room doors shown to the public. This cabin and lodge are tucked away from the busy downtown area and the cool thing is you can just walk to the downtown area by crossing the bridge on foot. Heyyyyyyyy! My husband, our daughter, and I did that in order to get our walks in. The walking distance isn't that bad since Winthrop is so small with cute local business shops. Let's talk about the room and the amenities: clean room. Just as advertised. We got what we wanted: king suite with sofa bed and river view. Tv works. Coffee, small fridge, and microwave work. Also, the key works for the door, so that was nice. When you know you'd be arriving late at the property after 6 pm, it's best to contact the hotel before 4 pm to catch up with the receptionist and inform them that you'd be arriving later after normal business hours, so an access key code would be texted to you. Continental breakfast is available in the morning if you're in the mood for typical muffins or breakfast bars. Coffee is available in the hotel room, and you have to get your tea in the lobby during breakfast hours. We would come back here in the future!

The parking lot is a rodeo for compact cars only -- if you drive anything bigger than a Mini Cooper, good luck partner. The riverside 'sitting area' is less 'tranquil escape' and more 'Botanical Exhibit: Weeds of the Northwest.' A $20 Home Depot run could have fixed it, but apparently tumbleweed chic was the design choice. The scenic walkway is cleverly positioned right in front of your windows, so the choice is either: (a) enjoy your 'river view' or (b) star in a reality show called People Watching Me in My Pajamas. The walls are so thin you'll know exactly when your neighbor sneezes, flushes, or thinks deep thoughts about life. The western theme? Let's just say it's like someone googled "cowboy wood" and gave up halfway. The mix of cedar, pine, and random lumber scraps feels less John Wayne and more Home Depot clearance bin. And the bathroom? Oh, half of it is in the bedroom. Because nothing says romance like brushing your teeth while your partner is still in bed watching you. Five stars for location. Zero stars for everything else. Would only recommend if your idea of a Wild West vacation includes thin walls, awkward parking, and bathrooms that refuse to commit to a single room.

We stayed in Cabin #12 and it was very nice. It was clean and neat. It came equipped with a full kitchen. We used the refrigerator but did not cook. There was a stack of napkins on the nook table but no paper towels available. Next time I'll remember a roll. The deck was right above the river and was very scenic. The hot tub was very useful to us and we sat in it stargazing for hours. The setting is private with privacy screens on both sides. We had neighbors on both sides of us who were also outside but all was peaceful. Good nature sounds out there. The check in procedure was flawless. It was all faceless and we never entered the office or saw any staff at all. They had our credit card number and sent us an email the day we arrived with the key box code. I'm assuming Covid prompted that procedure but it was smooth. There were a couple rocking chairs and a couch in the tv area. Under the tv was a DVD player and we watched some old Bogart/Bacall movies. Very cool. We already booked another trip next time Washington Pass is clear.

It was a bit steep for a Monday evening, totaling $211 with taxes. Upon driving in, on the left hand side was an eyesore, reminiscent of the Texas Chainsaw massacre with car parts strewn all over the lawn, a bit eery. Maybe that's where you end up if you don't pay! The manager on duty was very polite, and let us check in a couple hours earlier than their normal check in. The maids were still cleaning the room when we arrived. They only allow one person at a time at the hotel desk so they abide by COVID rules. Every employee we came across wore masks. We stayed in the main building up on the second floor. Enter room. Very clean. On the left is a closet with permanent hangers and a vanity with soaps and lotions (beware the soap does not foam at all, was it really soap?), and then the bathroom. Lots of towels. In the room straight ahead is a loveseat and and A/C unit that works very well. There were two queen beds with that cute "you're on the river" bed posts. Quilted blankets for that homey feel. Pretty sure they aren't cleaning the quilts between guests though, didn't smell fresh. Pillows were comfy. Beds were firm, but I found it quite comfortable. They supply a mini fridge and a microwave and a coffee station. There is a tv, but it's about the size of a laptop monitor, pretty small. Normally they have a place where you can borrow DVD's to watch or board games to play, but during COVID, they are not doing that. The best part of the Inn is that our patio overlooked the River, which is very relaxing. The screen door fell off the tracks multiple times so I decided to just leave it parked at an angle outside the sliding glass door. They provided a citronella candle (nice touch) in case you didn't want to experience mosquito genocide. Not relaxing was the giant tree being escavated within our front view, and was loud, ruining an otherwise perfect view of the water. Before dinner, we laid out in the hammock and got some shut eye. After dinner we came back, as I had reserved an hour (they allow you to sign yourself up on a sheet outside the indoor pool on premises) for the pool and the hot tub. Beware, the hot tub.... it's hot. Burned my keister. :P The wi-fi was somewhat slow and made it somewhat difficult to plan the next days adventures. We still managed to get a decent nights sleep, and check out was quick and easy.
