First, we really struggled to find this place. It was so loud that it was very hard for us to hear each other even though there were only about 20 people there. The parmesan garlic fries were delicious, but most of the fries were so small that I had to eat them with a fork. My fish and chips (fish) tasted good, but it kept falling apart. The service was great!

The large half Hawaiian and half veggie pizza was delicious ($23). The veggie was the best I have ever eaten. Pear tomatoes, large artichoke hearts, red onion and thick slices of fresh mushrooms dominated and were bound by a substantial layer of mozzarella. The Hawaiian side was a solid balance Canadian bacon, pineapple and cheese. Will order again!

Came in at 4 o'clock on a Sunday, hoping to eat dinner here (solo). Sign at the door said, 'seat yourself' so I took a single table directly across from the bar. A few folks were at the bar, and a few at tables; probably 40% capacity. A gentleman walked up to the bar a few minutes after I arrived and was helped with a beer. Two gals came in after that and stood next to the seat yourself sign and were served their requested smoothies. I waited 18 minutes and received no acknowledgement whatsoever, even after trying to make eye contact with the bartender/waitress. I walked out and went to Redmond.

Worst service ever!! Waiting 17 minutes and they wouldn't even say hello! We ended up walking out! Will never be back

Easy quick lunch spot especially if staying at eagle crest resort. We tried the fried raviolis and club sandwich.

They open for lunch at 12 noon, so if you want an early lunch, say 11 or 11:30 don't go! Disappointed with their want or need for business

Two other parties were seated sometime after us. After seating we did not get water, but we ordered drinks and appetizer. The appetizer came pretty quickly, but no water or drinks. We finished the appetizer..still no drinks!! Eventually the waitress brought our drinks. Meanwhile, the two parties that were seated after us had received their dinner orders and paid for their meals and left. We still had not placed our meal order. Eventually the waitress (who was also the bartender) took our order. I was going to order the Ribeye steak and my wife was going to order the Salmon. (Our going home splash for our trip). We ended up ordering appetizers since we weren't willing to spend much more time waiting to eat. The time spent waiting was truly the worst I have experienced in a VERY long time (We are both 77 yrs old). The food was pretty good....maybe the steak would have been good, but we didn't want to take the chance. We were really looking for a good experience and great meal to highlight our first trip to Eagle Crest. Not so much. The Silverleaf Cafe had much better service and the food was good...no issues.

We did not eat there as we had just come from another restaurant and we were there just for drinks and listening to live music. My cousin had told me that he and his wife really enjoy coming here and I can see why. There's a very fun vibe here . We got a table right up next to the side of the stage so we could really be part of the the action and feel the music. We . ordered drinks and they had a new band play there for the first time and they were fantastic. They sang a lot of great cover songs from the 80s that we all knew and sang along with , and they even sang an original song that the lead singer and his father had written . As they are finishing up that song, the singers, elderly father and mother had just walked into the pub to listen, and so the band played the song again for his father it was a really cool moment! My cousin introduced me to the owner, Vance, and he is very genuine and down to earth cool. The fine young lady bartenders were super nice and helpful and were always a pleasure to interact with. I think when I go back to visit my cousin and his wife again, I'm definitely requesting that we go back to the Clock Tower pub!

Love that they're branching out with more locations. More and more I have come to love this place…read moreeach time we visit central Oregon. I'm a huge fry guy. I know most people are, but I'm definitely a place that will wind me over if they've got bottomless fries they just absolutely big baskets. This place we always get a full order of their loaded fries and they always tried quite a few. I think the blue cheese and the poutine are our favorite. The poutine has a very good gravy now normally people slap any kind of gravy on and call it a day and for me a sub standard gravy will absolutely ruin the french fries. Luckily, the person working, there was super nice, and when I asked him his personal opinion on it, he ran back, grabbed a few french fries and a little bit of gravy to give us a try super cool Also, they got really good beer, selection, and sours and other fun things like that. This is one of the few places that I've had such unique over the top original kind of drinks. I really mean just I can't even describe to you until you look at their list there's just stuff you could never imagine. I will say this is something that we have written down before to try to find when we traveled back up north. Always laid-back always clean always easy parking. It's a no-brainer and they have a great happy hour.

The everyone is family vibe. We don't get that vibe in Redmond. In Bend we used to get a little bowl of bread Cubes and a small sampler dish of their homemade chimichurri that they were so proud of, and we loved. They don't do that in Redmond, not sure if they still do so in Bend... I think we've given Redmond 3 chances but staff are pretty indifferent, and the food doesn't wow us anymore. The brats and bangers are still good, but we feel it's not totally worth the prices anymore. Last time we were in Redmond location the women's restroom was out of tp. I told the staff twice and they were not busy, scrolling on their phones in between customers and they never re-stocked the to in the restroom.

The 7th Street location in Redmond looks like an older log cabin, with a large patio out front. It's conveniently located to downtown Redmond, easily walkable from other restaurants, bars, and breweries if you're staying nearby. Going inside, I quickly realized this was a friendly local place where people come and the bartender knows your name and order. I ordered two flights on my visit; all the beer was great. They have a number of core staples, plus a bunch of small batch beers you can read about on the chalkboard near the door. The bartender was immediately friendly and welcoming; I said it was my first time there and she told me it's the oldest not-for-profit brewery in Oregon, donating all their post-bill/payroll profits to local charities. I was also here at lunch time and ordered maybe the best tuna melt I've ever had - rich, buttery, and delicious. They have lots of beers packaged to go as well. If you're doing the Bend Ale Trail, this is a fun stop and worth venturing to Redmond for if staying in Bend.
