Nice walkways
Melissa V.

Beautiful day, beautiful fields, parking was busy, but plenty available if you walk, restrooms were clean, they had a food/drink area but we didn't use that.

Shuttle parking prices

They don't have onsite parking at Boots in the Park and are offering "complimentary" parking offsite 3 miles away but it's $20 PER person for the shuttle plus $1.50 "processing fee." You can't walk up. They are charging $50 for ADA parking which is more than the shuttle which appears to be an ADA violation. This is an absolute rip off! I will not be attending another event in Norco at this venue. I have made a complaint and contacted a legal firm specializing in events like this that charge "junk fees" in violation of SB 478.

This complex was great. It was very organized and clean. They have lots of parking. The fields were great. They had a snack bar and restaurant area. The bathrooms were very clean. They also had port-a potties close to the fields.

Free style concert 7/2/21

Came here for a concert and unfortunately this park had difficulty accommodating such a large crowd of 17,000 people. The thing is the fields are dark. There are not a whole lot of lights. Parking is difficult. There are only a couple of ways in and out of the park. It took me over an hour to get into the parking lot. Normally parking is $10 but for events they charge $25.00 They have bathrooms before you get into the park. At least they had flushing toliets. Typically this is a soccer park. My friend who was with me usually brings their kids here to play soccer. Not a fan of this park. If you ate coming off a concert think twice.

Tournament

We really love this place. The fields are clearly marked, plenty of food options. Plenty of restrooms and plenty of parking. Even though it's farther than other places we've been to for a tournament, I'll always choose these fields. Plus we had an amazing breeze which didn't make it feel too hot. Staff is helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved the AYSO Summer Camp!…read more My son had the best time with the coaches and his teammates. Registration was quick and easy, and it was absolutely worth the cost. The 3-hour camp was the perfect length, and I really appreciated having the flexibility to stay or leave while camp was in session--it made everything so convenient. Coach Danny is the best! Huge shoutout to him for making the experience so fun and memorable for the kids. Most importantly, my son had an amazing experience, and he's already asking to go back. I only wish they offered another week in July! Highly recommend this camp to any soccer family looking for a great summer experience!

He's playing better than ever in his weekend games. We love working with Coach Josh and Coach Chris. They are super patient and great with the kids. They focus on teaching cool footwork and how to think fast when the game is moving quickly. The building is really nice and has a fun, high-energy 'street soccer' vibe that the kids love. It's a really positive place where the coaches actually care about the players. If your child wants to get better and have a blast doing it, this is the spot. Big thanks to Josh and Chris for being awesome teachers!

Been to events at the community center and both kids have attended classes there. Currently in…read moretheir basketball league at the community center. We love it! Staff is always nice and the property is well maintained. They are always updating to ensure they are accommodating as many interests/hobbies as possible. Very family oriented.

I enrolled my son in the basketball class for ages 9-15 based on the class description, which…read morestated that it would be led by experienced coaches and was designed for children who were either picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to improve their skills. The description also indicated that participants would learn core fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I am very disappointed with this class. Had I known what the program would actually be like, I would not have enrolled my child. The class was disorganized, and the coaches did not appear to have the experience advertised. They seemed to be young adults or high school students who lacked both basketball coaching experience and experience working with children. For instance, while the children should have been receiving instruction, one coach was on the other side of the court trying to dribble the ball between his legs--and repeatedly couldn't do it. The other coach spent much of the class standing with her hands on her hips, occasionally having the children dribble through cones a few times, but providing very little instruction, feedback, or skill development. Throughout the class, the children received very little instruction on the fundamentals. They briefly practiced passing and then attempted to shoot baskets from near midcourt, which was far beyond the skill level of many beginners. Soon afterward, they were placed into a scrimmage, where my child--who is brand new to basketball--was expected to play alongside children who already had basketball experience. What concerned me most was that when several children ended up on the floor fighting over the ball, the coaches stood by laughing instead of stopping play, breaking it up, and using the moment as a teaching opportunity. Rather than coaching the children on proper positioning, sportsmanship, and ball-handling, they allowed the chaos to continue. The instruction did not match the course description or the expectations that were set when I enrolled my child. I expected a structured environment focused on teaching beginners the fundamentals before moving into game play. Instead, the class lacked organization, meaningful instruction, and appropriate coaching for novice players. I understand that the class description also stated that it would be fast-paced, but being fast-paced should not come at the expense of instruction. Where was the teaching? Where were the fundamentals? I enrolled my child to learn basketball, not simply to run up and down the court. Without meaningful coaching and instruction, this felt less like a basketball class and more like some what supervised free play on a basketball court. Maybe advertise the class as "free play on a basketball court."

The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.
