    Do they allow dogs here?

No they don't. But if it's a service animal I'm sure they can't say no.

"Coach"? Says he'll be back at 9:35 and tells parents to let kids just kick the ball around?!?!? Huh!?!? Yes, game is supposed to start at 9:40 but why did everyone show up for practice then? Mind you still pouring and kids and parents are completely soaking wet and they haven't even touched the b ask. No communication from anyone no explanation of what's happening or what they'll be doing. Parents asking each other wondering if lack of communication and organization is normal, flat out confused. Haven't had a game yet but my guess is he'll just have them kick the ball around and try to score on each other just scammiest most horrible place, your kids will get nothing from this at all, no coaching at all which is why they advertise the "no pressure" . Edit: 15 minutes into coach having kids kick ball around , my husband asked... hey is this normal? It's pouring and coach says ya it's pretty bad we can go. Complete waste of time. Also, they ask you to buy Cleats shinguards and a baseball glove for the multi sport so keep in mind you'll likely spend on that if you don't already have it. If you get nothing else from this review just remember this organization is a complete SCAM and they do not care about your kids, they're are just interested in the non refundable fee you'll pay.

I enrolled my son in the basketball class for ages 9-15 based on the class description, which…read morestated that it would be led by experienced coaches and was designed for children who were either picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to improve their skills. The description also indicated that participants would learn core fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I am very disappointed with this class. Had I known what the program would actually be like, I would not have enrolled my child. The class was disorganized, and the coaches did not appear to have the experience advertised. They seemed to be young adults or high school students who lacked both basketball coaching experience and experience working with children. For instance, while the children should have been receiving instruction, one coach was on the other side of the court trying to dribble the ball between his legs--and repeatedly couldn't do it. The other coach spent much of the class standing with her hands on her hips, occasionally having the children dribble through cones a few times, but providing very little instruction, feedback, or skill development. Throughout the class, the children received very little instruction on the fundamentals. They briefly practiced passing and then attempted to shoot baskets from near midcourt, which was far beyond the skill level of many beginners. Soon afterward, they were placed into a scrimmage, where my child--who is brand new to basketball--was expected to play alongside children who already had basketball experience. What concerned me most was that when several children ended up on the floor fighting over the ball, the coaches stood by laughing instead of stopping play, breaking it up, and using the moment as a teaching opportunity. Rather than coaching the children on proper positioning, sportsmanship, and ball-handling, they allowed the chaos to continue. The instruction did not match the course description or the expectations that were set when I enrolled my child. I expected a structured environment focused on teaching beginners the fundamentals before moving into game play. Instead, the class lacked organization, meaningful instruction, and appropriate coaching for novice players. I understand that the class description also stated that it would be fast-paced, but being fast-paced should not come at the expense of instruction. Where was the teaching? Where were the fundamentals? I enrolled my child to learn basketball, not simply to run up and down the court. Without meaningful coaching and instruction, this felt less like a basketball class and more like some what supervised free play on a basketball court. Maybe advertise the class as "free play on a basketball court."

The store offered either to clean the stained jersey or order a new one once the decals arrived. I chose to wait for a new jersey. After patiently waiting more than 50 days--nearly two months--and with the World Cup only a week away, the owner attempted to give me the same stained jersey instead of the new one that had been promised. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for the long wait and the inconvenience this caused, especially since the jersey was intended as a birthday gift for my son. They waited to the last minute before manipulating me to keep the stained shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars at this business over the years and expected to be treated with honesty and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I felt that my loyalty and patience as a customer was completely disregarded.
