Our experience has been great all around, from the communication and coaching to the support for both players and parents. What we appreciate most is the positive and welcoming environment they've created. Our girls have grown not only as volleyball players, but also in confidence, teamwork, and important life skills. They feel included, supported, and excited to be there. You really can't put a price on their smiles. They also get plenty of opportunities to compete in multiple tournaments, both in house and at other clubs, which makes the experience well worth the investment. We're grateful to be part of the Pipeline family and are looking forward to another great season!

It's $20 to park in their lot, you cannot leave unless you want to pay $20 again, it's also $20 per spectator unless under 6 years, I believe and all players get in free. They accept card or cash at the door. They have two women's bathrooms, one immediately as you enter and one in the actual gym. Be prepared to stand in line as the restrooms are tiny and the lines do go out the door between games. The concession stand is all cash, they have donuts, candy and lot of drinks and other food. There is also an eating area with picnic tables to eat at. When you are watching your children play there is limited seating on very uncomfortable metal bleacher stands. I recommend to Bring a cushion, bleacher seat or even a chair. Note that some of the courts have regular plastic chairs but seating is limited so if you want to be courtside get to your designated court before you game starts. Last thing, I came in shorts because I read other reviews about how dreadfully hot this place was with no ventilation or fans but that was not my experience at all. The have huge fans and doors open near the fans, I was freezing for three hours when I was near any fans from 8-11 am in June. Overall this is a pretty decent facility, I only took one star away for the same reason as everyone else, the high cash only and the price to watch your own child play is a absolute racket especially with the prices we already pay to have them in the sport that they love.

They are losing millions of our tax payer money while we know this business is not reporting their intake. No registers. No accounting being done... just cash. Just like in the drug business.

There was no indication anywhere online that the gym was closed, unavailable, or under any kind of tech maintenance. The reservation went through, we paid the $80, and showed up ready to train. When we got there, the doors were locked, lights off, no one in sight. We waited until our scheduled time (6 PM), called multiple times, and heard nothing. About 30 minutes later, someone finally returned the call... Only to inform us that they "no longer accept volleyball reservations" and that their tech team is on vacation, so there's been no way to remove or block off those booking slots online. Apparently this isn't the first time it's happened, which makes it even worse. If you know the site is taking incorrect bookings, you should not be charging people, especially with zero signage, communication, or follow-up. Thankfully, they said the charge will be refunded, but the whole situation felt careless and unprofessional. Until this is fixed, I wouldn't recommend booking here for anything. Hopefully they get their system, and communication, figured out.

In addition my compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench-press) are increasing every week. I've never seen progress this quickly whether I tried to do it on my own or with an expensive personal trainer. CrossFit introduced me to Olympic style weightlifting at first I was hesitant because it's very technical but the coaches are careful to monitor your form and teach you the correct movements. The community is also very supportive and everyone motivates each other to do better. We use Telegram, Zen Planner, and SugarWOD to communicate, schedule, and track progress. It's neat to see the leaderboard on the screens. CrownTown CrossFit makes working out fun as hell. The music they play is always really good too. My fitness goals for the year are to drop to a 30 inch waist and make it to the 1000 pound club.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and have to say that the condition of both of the saunas is pretty disgusting. My husband even jokes that I might catch ringworm. I heard one guy telling someone, "you know how I know they don't clean? This paper towel or wipe has been on the ground here every day this week." Twice now, I've noticed a really foul smell in the infrared sauna and it makes me think something is growing in there. The last time I tried to go in there, I didn't even make it 10 seconds before walking right back out. It's gross. This week, a lady had to point out a nail in the seat so the guy sitting next to her didn't get snagged up. Clearly nobody is going in and doing checks. Why aren't they doing daily cleanings and sanitization in there at the very least? The staff has always been super nice and friendly, in my experience. I've only gone to the smoothie bar once but the staff was great and the drink was amazing! When I'm coming in or leaving or even when I've had to ask questions a couple of times, I'm always met with a pleasant staff member. Just hope they start putting some regular sauna cleaning procedures in place.
