This was my first experience at Draft in Corona but this business operates as most travel ball facilities. First, this is a CASH ONLY for parking and snacks so come prepared. It's $20 to park in their lot, you cannot leave unless you want to pay $20 again, it's also $20 per spectator unless under 6 years, I believe and all players get in free. They accept card or cash at the door. They have two women's bathrooms, one immediately as you enter and one in the actual gym. Be prepared to stand in line as the restrooms are tiny and the lines do go out the door between games. The concession stand is all cash, they have donuts, candy and lot of drinks and other food. There is also an eating area with picnic tables to eat at. When you are watching your children play there is limited seating on very uncomfortable metal bleacher stands. I recommend to Bring a cushion, bleacher seat or even a chair. Note that some of the courts have regular plastic chairs but seating is limited so if you want to be courtside get to your designated court before you game starts. Last thing, I came in shorts because I read other reviews about how dreadfully hot this place was with no ventilation or fans but that was not my experience at all. The have huge fans and doors open near the fans, I was freezing for three hours when I was near any fans from 8-11 am in June. Overall this is a pretty decent facility, I only took one star away for the same reason as everyone else, the high cash only and the price to watch your own child play is a absolute racket especially with the prices we already pay to have them in the sport that they love. read more

Came here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Parking entrance on Sixth, $20 parking and entrance, cash only. The even had an ATM outside in front of the entrance. They had concession inside with decent options. There was even a Mexican food truck in the parking lot. No parking re-entry. There's also farmerboys resto at rhe caddy corner that I saw some people walk to. I didn't see any free street parking, although I did read another review where someone parked a block away- not sure where that was. There's long bleacher seating. I suggest bringing stadium seats. Why is it so hot in here?! I have to say, I really dislike coming here for my daughter's volleyball tournaments when it's this hot. The facility is unbearably warm--turn on the AC or at least put out some fans! The girls leave sweating and dehydrated. We pay $20 for parking and $20 for admission, and there are plenty of people in the building. I can't imagine there's no budget to make the space comfortable. I stand still while watching the game, and I'm burning up--I can only imagine how tough it is for the athletes running around. This needs serious attention. With today's technology, it would be amazing to see parking and entry handled digitally with barcodes or mobile pay to keep things moving faster. Once inside, the facility is impressive with 12 courts, but finding where you're supposed to be can feel overwhelming at first. This is where good communication with your coach and GroupMe becomes essential--they'll guide you to the correct court quickly. Seating is limited, so bring your own chair. You won't know where your athlete will be playing from match to match. Some areas have small 3-tier bleachers, but they don't hold many fans. The good news is that family members can sit courtside on the designated bench while their athlete is playing, or you can set up your personal chair nearby. Weather matters here. This wasn't a summer tournament, so heat wasn't an issue, and there are huge fans throughout the complex. However, November brought cooler temperatures. On Day One, we unknowingly sat near what felt like an open window and dealt with a chilly breeze. Day Two, we were positioned near a wall--much better experience. Lesson learned: dress in layers and stay flexible. The facility posts "No Outside Food" signs, but there is a snack bar (cash only) inside. We also noticed fans ordering food delivery and eating outside. There's a food truck in the parking lot, but lines can be long. A smart strategy is to bring snacks, stash them in your car, and snack between games. Shout-out to the staff--they were friendly, helpful, and consistently kept the restrooms and common areas clean, which is always appreciated at a busy tournament venue. If you plan on taking photos or recording games, bring a battery pack. Electrical outlets are limited and mainly located near the entrance. If you grab food from the snack bar, there are picnic-style tables, but they fill up fast--especially when travel clubs claim them. All in all, Draft Sports Complex delivers a strong tournament experience. Come prepared, bring cash, arrive early, and plan ahead--and you'll have a great time supporting your athlete. read more

One guy running the counter with a slow system which means the line to get in is about 45 minutes long. Con's - two restrooms with 5 stalls by entrance. Long lines was issue for players that needed to be on court. $20 Cash Only both entrance and parking. ATMs on site for $4 charge. Lots of bad ratings here but I didn't have the same experience. Granted I was here in January (70 degrees outside), so the heat/lack of AC mentioned in other reviews was not an issue. Paid parking is an option but I parked on the street a block away from the complex and saved $20. Place is very clean - multiple staff members constantly sweeping up. Bathrooms could be more plentiful for sure. Crowded for a volleyball tournament but folks were generally friendly and no drama. Home of Pipeline volleyball club... Overpriced parking and admission to this "sports complex" which is simply a warehouse with gym floors. $20/head for admission and $20/vehicle to park. Slight discount for seniors and children under 8 (I believe) were free. They route you around the whole building to a huge lot in back and you have to trek all your goods a long haul. Bathrooms were poorly kept. There's three women's bathrooms- each has two stalls. One bathroom line had about 25 people waiting and I went to the others. There was no TP on dispenser, but it was stacked on the dirty floor. Obviously someone brought the TP in but couldn't be bothered to put it on the roller. The gym floor is set up with 12 volleyball courts in rows of 3. There's minimal seating available so don't bother inviting many spectators. + 1 star- Snack bar was reasonable priced. Plenty of junk food options. There was an açaí table, a nice idea for a healthy snack but pricier than bowls outside at professional places. +1 star - They did allow us to bring in our food/coffee, unlike many other gyms in the area!!! Even allowed us to bring pizza into the lobby area for the team. Tip- bring some ear plugs... it's very loud. read more

I recently came here to watch my nephew play in a basketball tournament. This gym has no air conditioning. These are not safe conditions for these kids to play in with it being over 90 degrees outside. Imagine how hot it was inside with such poor ventilation! It was probably over 100 degrees in this gym!! $20 parking, $15 entrance. No public parking nearby like some other venues have. Paid $20 parking to park in a different zip code, even though there was plenty of parking closer to the entrance that was all blocked off. If you are a coach or tournament director, this should be your last choice of location. We will skip future events at any event charging for parking without alternate choices.
