I was here to use the slow pitch cage. They have 2 slow pitch cages available amongst other speeds and spaces. I like that there is a lot of space between the netting so I am able to swing without the net interfering. Consistent speed and pitches. They have chairs available for seating on the outside. You can rent the cage in increments of 15 minutes or pay by the token, $1 a token is 10 pitches. They have an open range area where you can hand pitch. The inside when you first walk in is fairly clean with snacks, drinks and bat rentals available. I can see what everyone is talking about in their reviews in regards to the front desk personnel (not the most out-going bubbly personality but she's there to work). It didn't hinder my experience, just kept it short, simple and to the point. Overall I really enjoyed the slow pitch batting cage. read more

Not the best place I've been and not the worst. Some of the machines are off so you get some wild pitches. It was hot when I went but they turned on some misters which was a nice touch. It's on a token system where you pay $1 for 10 balls. Another option I saw was renting the cage itself but as someone going leisurely the tokens were fine. Not many softball options compared to other places mostly baseball. They do have reserve only dirt section in the back as well. You have to rent the bags which I never seen at a place but maybe they've had issues with returns in past. Overall, if you're going for fun this is a decent spot. read more

I had a great time at these batting cages. The people at the front desk were friendly and answered all my questions. Is a big plus that they accept credit card. The batting area was clean and machines worked properly for the most part. I would suggest that they need to rent out better bats and adjust their machines a bit. As I saw in previous reviews - Customer service was terrible and the woman that was there tonight (10/03/25) definitely is rude. Not only that - it's a death trap if you bring your younger children to run around. As far as safety goes - I should have clocked in since I had to keep closing gates EMPLOYEES kept walking in and out of (there was literal signs that said "employees only"). And trust me, I did not leave my kid unsupervised that's how I recognized a lot of dangerous things at this location. Broken chairs that have sharp edges. A Celsius that had MOLD on it - which clearly if it was left there ... the employees ignored it long enough to let mold grow and just a gate that had very deep drop that had no lock on it but employee kept walking in and out of and even told me "kids cannot be in here" which was the obvious because there were literal children batting on the other side. Then to top it off the lovely lady that everyone else seemed to mention. We walked in and already had a face... I ignored it. While my family was batting they welcomed more family and as they were greeting eachother one of the cages was empty. She came to and told me that they needed to continue batting or else it needs to be given to someone else. And that I understand ! It was busy! I told her "oh ok! Yes I'll let them know right now. Thank you." And she walked away. Time passed and she came back and was doing her duties and went into the area that had a gate w no lock. My son had a ball from cages and that he threw in there and she gave it back to him. Later we went into the "lobby" and my son still had the ball with him. There was a moment where he threw the ball and it landed on the pool table. She yelled "NONONONONO DONT do that!!" I looked at her as I grabbed the ball. And she started rambling about it getting stuck and I said "yes, that's why I got it. I know" but before I can say sorry she kept complaining and said "that's why the balls don't leave the batting cages." Which is bizarre because she gave my son the ball back when we were out there? And all I said was "I know" and I left. I threw the balls back in the cages to avoid any more issues. Also found out their snacks have been sitting on the shelves for awhile OR just get them somewhere cheap because the chips were stale and m&m peanut candies tasted old! Terrible experience and this place is an accident away from being sued. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review but my kids pointed it out. They said "that lady is very rude she must not like her job." I felt her bad energy standing there. It being our first time renting a cage and not too familiar she wasn't very helpful and made you feel dumb for not knowing what to ask for. read more

The lady at the front desk was absurdly rude. There was a man in the back who was very friendly and courteous. When we were asking about pricing and speed (because we've never been here), she was so rude and told us the slowest they had was 50mph. Later, around 6 minutes after, the male employee saw us struggling and told us there were slower ones we could switch to, but when we asked the lady, she wouldn't let us until our time was halfway over. It's so unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review because of the lady, even though everything else was perfectly fine. I suggest firing her because there are so many other bad reviews about her. This place is losing business and money due to her; we will not be coming back, and I would recommend not coming here unless she's gone. We loved our time at the batting cages. upon walking in we were greeting by a friendly and attentive employee (Angelica). She made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had, so thank you, Angelica, for that! They have batting cages for kids only, in the back--while they are hard to locate at first, Angelica provided clear instructions and we were greeted by a passing worker who knew exactly where we were headed and pointed the way. we got 30 minutes of practice, which was ideal and made it a LOT cheaper than other options. A great experience, and we will visit again the next time we are in the Norco area. read more

We drove over 45 min to bring our son just to experience rude customer service from the front desk lady. She seemed annoyed that we walked in it was empty so not like she was overwhelmed to justify her attitude not a single hello, welcome in just a rude annoyed face. We came here today to get some practice in for my daughter who plays for NGS. Unfortunately the customer services was TRASH. The girl in the front just looks at you like you dumb and she is no help. It wasn't busy at all and that was nice. I would love to come back but that girl just makes me not want to come back. Love the place besides the rude front desk lady who purposely didn't answer my calls when I told her I was on my way and I'd try to call to make sure the cages were still open when she wouldn't let me reserve like I usually do. Took my older son last week for a team practice. He had a good time so I took him back with his brother yesterday. Staff is super friendly, and they have a nice set up with two cages in the back for team practice. I made a reservation to take our team next week. Facility is clean and good up neat environment. Only thing I will warn is the parking situation is not the best if it gets crowded. Prices aren't bad and I was able to buy both boys youth xs batting gloves which was cool. We are actually going to go back again today so I can take some swings. read more

Do not come here. The staff was very rude and needlessly condescending. The tokens are ridiculously overpriced. The machines kept braking down and they didn't fix them. However, If you're careful and sneaky you can use nickels on the machines instead of the $1 tokens they make you use for each round. Still I would not recommend coming here. One day I had reservations and she told me to take a certain cage, but someone had just started using it when I got there...she noticed this and came out and escorted us to another cage and apologized. This place is recently under new ownership or management...whatever it is, it is alot cleaner and well managed. I noticed new lighting around the cages..there is someone always manning the pitching machines..its very clean and organized...stocked up drink fridge..snacks. The people running the cages are polite and attentive...and to top it off..they could have raised the prices but they didn't. My friends and I randomly stumbled upon this place because we had a lot of time to kill before getting to our next destination. It was only 50 cents to hit 12 balls! Such a deal. 50 cents to get to laugh at each other. The only bad thing was the lack of shade. It was sooo hot out and eventually became uncomfortable to stand outside in the hot sun for too long. This used to be our go-to spot but after 2 unsuccessful trips and an ignored reservation, we won't be back. Mind you, our reservation was made on a Friday for Tuesday at 4pm. My son and I showed up. No one was there and no one ever showed up. Multiple calls and a message were ignored. Why waste my time and gas?! Used to be a great place before the old guy sold it last year. Yeah, we went there religiously because it was 2 tokens for $1. $5 used to get you 120 pitches. Now, $5 gets you 70 pitches. Almost half! & this last time, there were no balls in the machine so we had to wait til the kid scooped some up! Calibration is way off too! Cant tell a difference between 60 & 70. This place is low key, never crowded, and the machines have the swing arms which are ideal for allowing hitters to hone their skills. Price. Hard to beat it which is why they get 2 stars. Facility. Looks really run down. I was skeptical, but it is fully functional and machines worked great. Service. This was my first time here and I didn't have a clue of how it worked. Had only been to charge by time cages. Manager/owner just let me struggle through it. As I was trying to figure out rent a cage for a time or purchase tokens, he told my kids to knock it off. They were playing the air hockey game. Apparently that's not allowed. I told him I am new at this, but I think I need 3 tokens (36) balls per kid. He says, I don't think that's what you want. He just leaves it there. My kids have now moved over to one of the arcade games with guns. He yells at them and tells them to stop and to get over here. He looks to me and says, "Let me be dad." What?! It's a combo of what he said and how he said it that didn't sit right with me. Kids come right over and he tells them to quit messing around and they need to start listening. Mind you, they were only playing with the arcade games (which I don't even think worked). They weren't climbing on them, they weren't shoving each other. They were just laughing and playing. I just don't think he liked the noise. 3 boys. Volume can be an issue. I told him I didn't like how he was talking to my kids. His response was something along the lines of in here they are my kids/ my responsibility. He said they weren't listening. I pressed him for specifically what they weren't listening on and he brushed me off and continues with a bad attitude with me throughout the rest of my transaction. This was just supposed to be a fun trip for the boys to the batting cages, but instead we were met with Mr. Congenial. No apology. Nothing. Really wish I would have left, but boys had been looking forward to it. Your inability to do simple math and I'm sure your feeling of stupidity led to your acting like an asshole .Try and be a little more thick skinned when it comes to your kids . These cages like most cater to baseball. Understandable BUT when you have softball cages at least make sure the 2 you have are working. we used the ONE machine that worked. If that's what you would call it. All the pitches were short. Some would hit the net and not even come close to being hittable. I think I'll take the extra drive to the cages in Riverside. This is one of those If I could give less than one star I would places. The kid at the front desk was a pretentious douche. Acting like we were annoying him by simply being there. I don't really mind the fact that it's run down. But being that it is. I imagined at least decent.customer service.... our pitching machine malfunctioned and we were treated like crap once more when we asked for help.
