It's starting to fail the medical side. I have been a member for a time and never seen cannibas selection of 8 strains the rest blank sure rec board doesn't look like that. Can't complete punch card since not allowed to substitute per management it's time to go elsewhere. read more

This place is a joke. Don't bother ordering online. They probably will never receive order. ATM probably wont be working and customer service is non existent. Manager commented after initial post stating all online orders are received. This isn't accurate. I ordered through Silver Stem app and the order wasn't received. read more

After 2 years of coming here with my dog, who is a certified Support Animal, mind you, these people refused to service us. I don't care what your rules are about pets. My dog isn't a pet. And you have violated my rights by refusing service to me because of her. By law, she is allowed to accompany me ANYWHERE. I don't abuse this privilege, but a dispensary, especially a run-down one of this caliber, is the last place that should be concerned about dogs. A 10lb dog. Seriously. 2 years of patronage down the drain, I will never return again. And I don't need another message from the owner trying to justify his illegal policies in my inbox. *blocked* ***UPDATE: Reply to Owner*** You run a dispensary, not a medical facility; you do not know what my specific medical needs are, or if my animal is trained to assist me or not. WHICH SHE IS. But would you or your employees know that? No, you wouldn't, because you didn't care to; completely ignoring the BRIGHT PINK identifying vest she was wearing. By law, you cannot dictate where I take my animal, nor can you deem it necessary or unnecessary for my animal to accompany me based on your shallow visual observations. That is not only discriminatory, but disgustingly ableist. Your business is at risk because of your ignorance. Update yourself on the law, and get over yourself. Even if my dog were just a pet, your treatment of us was absolutely absurd, and you'd still be losing out on a customer. It's a lose-lose for you, sorry. Silver Stem turned me away, without an apology, because their scanner could not read my license. Ironically, I stopped at the shop on the way to the airport where I used the same license to get through TSA. Their excuse was that the bar code on my three-year old license was too blurry. In response to company's reply: thank you for your considerate note. I understand why your policy is the way it is. I wish that I had received this same consideration and thought at your store. read more

Ok.... So I previously left a very good review about silver stem, that very same day.... (Mind we went in to get our free oz) we earned by SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY in their store. Their deal is you earn 420pts and you earn free oz. (We hv earned3 so far) this was our 4th. We got our oz... Then said I wanted to use my points to get this oz... So Dominic must have been a rough day, because after we got the weed. 2 hours later the security dude calls my husband and saying he (my husband) got aggressive... If he was aggressive wouldn't you think the security would have asked my husband to leave... Probably w/o the weed instead of calling2 hours??? There are too many weed stores in co to be a loyal customer, to be treated like shit... I wouldn't recommend this weed store. read more

Said they didn't charge for card if you purchase a Linx card from them. The first time they charge you $3 for the linx card. That's fine. But I checked my statements and they charge me an extra $3 bucks each time you purchase. There is an atm that charges the same amount in the establishment. Instead of asking you to take money out they let you use your card so they make an extra $3 per purchase. I find them doing sneaky things to make an extra couple bucks here. Loved coming here but might have to look elsewhere. Sub par as of late. read more

This is really the best bud I can find, I shopped around quite a bit recently and it amazing for the price point. You can find just as good quality product at other nearby dispensaries, but not at that price. They also have a point system, and if you get 420 points (or about 20 visits if you save them), you get a penny ounce. Also, the budtenders actually know what they're talking about. read more

Silver Stem sells excellent flower to me every time I visit. I perfer to vape the flower itself, which I think really reveals its quality. When I first shopped at Silver Stem, my only regret was that I hadn't done so sooner. As for this location, the staff has always been very helpful and they have always made me feel comfortable. For what my two cents are worth, I highly recommended a visit here! read more

Love these guys! Always a friendly environment and a great looking recreational store. Wide strain selection which has never disappointed me. There are always select strains on special that change every few days. This helps me try different products without breaking the bank. The staff is also very knowledgable and has helped me with a variety of specific questions. I recommend this dispensary for everyone to try. read more

The first two times that I shopped here, I was quite impressed. I don't consider myself a marijuana expert or even close to it, but the quality of the drinks, edibles, and thc/cbd capsules were excellent. As for the last three times I've been, I must say they have caused me to experience a 180 degree crash. Their product selection is inconsistent and spotty at best (as soon as you find something you're really feeling, they don't carry it anymore, or don't have it in stock, or don't know what you're talking about). The customer service reps are rude and impatient (inconsistencies here too, as they seem to have a high turnover and you never know what personality you're gonna get THIS time). Oh, and even though technically they stay open until 7pm, you'd better get there before 6:45pm. I walked in at 6:46 and the security guy says "hold on, lemme see if you made it." He turns and whispers something to the sales lady behind him, then she screams, "No! Uh-huh! Too late!" He turns to me with a look of disgust "Sorry bro." Really, your cutoff is 15 minutes early? Yeah, sorry alright. Sorry they must've run out of HER preferred meds too, and she was more concerned with making it out of there before the OTHER "REAL" dispensary down a few blocks closed up shop, and she could re-up for herself.
