Unfortunately, most offices had availability only as far as January, which would have been too late given my discomfort. Miraculously, the last place I contacted had an unexpected cancellation on the same day as my scheduled deep cleaning. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, I seized the opportunity and agreed to the same-day extraction. While embracing my role in securing the necessary procedure, I encountered an unexpected challenge when rescheduling my deep cleaning appointment. Despite my valid reasons and the doctor's explicit guidance to seek an earlier extraction, I faced an unprofessional attitude from the front desk. The tone of the conversation and the emphasis on my awareness of the original appointment date were disheartening. It's important to highlight the significance of exemplary customer service, especially when representing another entity's brand. This is a long review cuz there are a lot to say about this place (good and bad things). I will start with good things : 1. Honesty, which was mentioned by my Orthodontist who recommended me to come here after 2 years of braces life, Dr Daniel is the most honest dentist I have ever met, he recommended to do the work which needed to be done, with proofs why, I have visited 3 other dental places for cleaning and ended up spending 8k (without insurance) in the first one before getting braces, now I am sure half of the work they did wasn't necessary plus whatever they did was done unprofessionally, starting with feelings, ending with wrong color for crown and quality of those crowns, in other 2 dental offices I was forced to do root canal after they planned just to do Feeling for a cavity, nowadays it's really rare to find a dental office who wouldn't rip you off, so I am really happy that I found a place I can trust. 2. The quality of work, Every time I visit a dentist my brain automatically waits for pain, Dr Daniel is so professional that you won't even feel that anastasia needles, he takes before and after pics of every teeth he works on and shows you after the work is done, Quality work is 10/10, plus I wanna mention: 2 of my teeth were chipped, Dr Daniel fixed those for free with feelings (other Dental places recommended root canal and crowns). 3. Price: this place is almost half off of other 3 dental places I have visited in the last 3 years I lived in DMV. 4. helper (Kamilla was helping the doctor) and receptionists are professional, patient and cute, Even when I was late 40 mins to my appointment it wasn't canceled and nobody was rude for being that late including the doctor lol (don't be late tho!). I had to mention 3 bad things I noticed: 1. They do not have 1 time use toothbrushes so you better go there brushed already, or bring yours. 2. The printer wasn't working the first day I visited so they couldn't print what works needed to be done. (I was told it was fixed by the doctor the same day, so Dr Daniel has some IT skills also). 3. Parking is not free, even its not a big deal cuz I paid $2 for 2 hours, anyways overall rate of this place is 9.99/10 so far, I have 1 more appointment left so will update if I notice anything else :) read more

I just had my first appointment with this dentist, and it was a great experience. There was no wait time. Immediately after filling my forms in, the dental hygienist was there waiting for me. There was a TV there playing a nature documentary on Netflix, which served as a great distraction and helped block the sunlight from the window. Dr. Dufera was the one to both clean my teeth and provide an exam, and he was friendly and professional throughout. My previous experiences with dentist involved a lot of picking at my teeth, but I think more modern cleaning tools helped cut down on the pain and time this requires. He was very thorough about checking for any other abnormalities in my jaw and mouth, and showed me what slight problem areas he'd check on for my next visit. My experience was helped by the fact that I had no cavities that needed to be filled! I figure if you're willing to go online and praise a dentist (the most feared of all doctors), they've gotta be pretty good! read more

It's obvious that the entire team cares and they show it with their openness and friendly service. Dr. Dufera is extremely patient and his passion is exemplary! The very first time I met him was on my way to the dentist office. I was in the elevator some clean cut guy greeted me which prompted a very brief chat. I told him I was here for a dentist appointment and was over it! Turns out he was the dentist lol. He smiled then introduced himself and instantly I felt a bit more relaxed and curious to check out his practice. I appreciate the diligence of the staff and clean modernized facility. Everyone in the office is very friendly. They explain procedures, policies and insurance very clearly. Dr. Dufera is outstanding as well. I didn't realize that my past dentists were not as thorough or professional until I came to this practice. As I was talking with the Dr. Dufera I could hear the hygienist with a young patient explaining the importance of good dental hygiene. She was not condescending nor trying to scare them.
