I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unlike anything I've encountered…read more I arrived before the 3:00 PM closing time listed on the website. After looking around, asking about prices (nothing was marked), and selecting one small rock that I carried myself to purchase, an employee signaled that they were closing. I immediately put the rock down and headed out. When I mentioned that the website says they close at 3:00 PM, I was told there is a sign stating they stop serving customers at 2:45 PM and to "have some heart" because it had been a long, hot day. I understood and was leaving. As I walked out, the woman told me to "get the fuck out." When I asked who the owner was, she said she was. I was genuinely stunned. It completely caught me off guard. I never expected to be spoken to that way by someone representing a business, especially someone who identified herself as the owner. If your policy is to stop serving customers at 2:45 PM, your website should clearly say that. There was no reason to treat a customer this way. I won't be returning.

After calling and visiting several nurseries (both nearby and farther out) this place not only had everything I needed, but at better prices across the board, from plants to pebbles, mulch, and even delivery. As someone who shops around for the best deals, I was fully prepared to buy from multiple places, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it all in one spot at the best prices, especially the stones, which were cheaper than other popular, larger suppliers. Beyond pricing, the selection is excellent, and everything is well-organized and easy to browse. The owner, Yasmani, personally took the time to help me even though he was working outside when I arrived, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. Delivery was smooth and right on time, and Edgar, who even helped me choose my plants, handled it, which gave me extra confidence everything would be correct. Highly recommend!

They specialize in succulents (as the name suggests) and offer an impressive selection of plants, cacti, and bonsais, along with unique garden pottery and accessories. I stopped by last week looking for terracotta planters for my bonsai and was really impressed. I was quickly greeted by a very friendly Colombian lady (forgot her name) to main building entrance and appreciated her offer to drive us around in the golf cart since this place is huge. They had exactly what I was looking for... plus their desert rose bonsais were already beautifully set up and perfect for taking home and enjoying right away. The variety of cactus plants was stunning, with colors and shapes I'd never seen before. While they carry all types of plants, their focus on succulents really shines. The place is huge, and you could easily spend hours wandering through their collection. They've even got shaded seating areas where you can relax and escape the Florida heat for a bit, which is a nice touch. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but I couldn't help it and buy another Desert Rose of the rare lime colored flower for a future project of gift for my daughter, but the quality and range of products make buying at this place it worth it. If you're a plant lover or just looking for something unique, this is a place I'd recommend checking out.
