I tried to work with them for almost a year - seems like a fair test period. They wanted my bins out weekly the night before in preparation for a Thursday pick up. They seldom came on Thursday - pick up rate less than 30% on the scheduled day and often came without notice the following or two days later. In two cases my bins were put out early the scheduled day and they said they were not out - perhaps they came that early - although that had not been the case prior. I got charged anyway. I had an instance where they missed a bin (and I was still charged!) recently and when I sent an email, the best I would get is "sorry." Enough. They were unreliable and as noted at least three times missed coming a week (which made things really tough with manure removal at the farm). And still charged me.
