I grew up in rural Massachusetts and we had supply stores like this. The baby chicks were so much fun to see. I wanted half a dozen of the Rhode Island Reds. I do not live where it's zoned to have farm animals. I will stick with to my two dogs. I picked up a bag of Science Diet and saved 20%. That's huge compared to what I pay at Petco. I found the dog washing station and for 9.98. I was really pleased at what they offer they have commercial bathing stations. They provide the shampoo three different types . They provide clean white towels. They even have commercial dryers. I'm definitely going to bring my dogs here instead of bathing them at home..

1 STAR -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience with Tractor Supply that cost me hours of driving, extra money, and almost delayed a job I needed to complete. Yesterday, I went to Tractor Supply specifically to purchase an Earthquake Power Head and an auger. Their product information showed auger options including 6", 8", and 12", and I was led to believe the 12" auger I purchased was compatible with the Power Head. The first store did not have the Power Head in stock, but they did have the 12" auger. An employee sold me the auger and even helped load it into my vehicle. I then had to drive approximately 64 MILES to another Tractor Supply location near the West Palm Beach area to get the Power Head. After finally getting home, I opened everything and discovered that the 12" auger Tractor Supply sold me DOES NOT FIT THE POWER HEAD AT ALL. This wasn't a minor issue with a missing bolt or adapter. The shaft diameter of the auger is completely different. I even went to Home Depot trying to purchase the bolt specified in the Power Head manual. I tried to solve the problem myself, but no bolt could fix it because the auger itself has a much larger connection designed for different equipment. I eventually discovered that the auger they sold me is intended for tractor-type equipment, NOT this Power Head. Then I started calling Tractor Supply stores trying to find the correct auger. The local store didn't have one. Pembroke Pines didn't have one. The store where I purchased the Power Head didn't have one either. They referred me to yet another Tractor Supply location about five miles away, and that store didn't have one either. At that point, I gave up. I ended up going to Harbor Freight and buying a compatible Predator 8" auger so I could actually use the Power Head and get my job done. I originally needed approximately a 10" auger, but I had to settle for the 8" because I could not waste any more time driving around South Florida because of incorrect product information. I then drove to the Pembroke Pines Tractor Supply to return the incompatible 12" auger and specifically asked them to correct their product information so another customer doesn't go through the same situation. The biggest problem here isn't simply that something was out of stock. Inventory problems happen. The problem is that I was sold an auger as part of a setup that was NOT COMPATIBLE with the Power Head, causing me to drive well over 100 miles between stores, spend additional time and money trying to solve a problem that should never have existed, and ultimately buy the correct type of auger from a competitor. Tractor Supply needs to verify the compatibility information for these Earthquake Power Heads and augers and make sure employees understand which augers actually fit which equipment. Customers should not have to discover AFTER driving dozens of miles that two products sold to them for the same application cannot even physically connect. Extremely disappointing experience.

After months of veterinary visits, extensive testing, and approximately $1,500 spent on diagnostics, our avian specialist diagnosed him with Avian Bornavirus (PDD). We are now facing the heartbreaking decision of euthanasia because his condition has become irreversible. According to our avian veterinarian, this virus is transmitted from bird to bird and has a long incubation period, meaning infected birds can appear healthy for months before showing symptoms. What has been even more disappointing is the store's response. Despite providing veterinary records and attempting to resolve this matter directly, the store has refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. Our family, especially our three children, is devastated. We hope our experience encourages prospective buyers to ask detailed questions about health screening and testing before purchasing a bird. We cannot recommend this store based on our experience.
