Nate was wonderfully friendly, made sure I knew exactly what was happening before it happened, and explained everything to me, and got my approval before doing any thing. Cracker did 3 of mine and he is so talented at what he does, my arm piece came out even better than I hoped. Almost one year later and my tattoo is as vivid as the day I had it done. I suffer from chronic migraines that were completely debilitating, I was having migraines almost daily for several months. I read about the diath piercing and how it's supposed to help with migraines and decided to give it a shot. Crystal did my piercing and I have not had anything worse than a few moderate headaches since. I can't guarantee that this piercing will work for everyone but it was a total game changer for me. I'll keep it succinct- The guy who was supposed to do the work was clearly high on something. He was stumbling, had slurred and disjointed speech, etc. I should have walked out right then, but against my better judgement and due to a time crunch, I stayed hoping he'd be able to get the job done. Needless to say, it was pretty unpleasant. He did a pretty good number on my nose, more blood and discomfort than there ever should have been (aka, none. The piercing is over a year old and was not bleeding prior to this). To boot, while he was trying (and failing) to get the temporary stud in, the guy drooled on my shoulder. Yes, you read that right- Drooled on me. At the end of this experience, the hoop was removed and the temporary stud was put in backwards at my request because it was pretty apparent that the guy was not going to be able to get it in from the inside. Figured I'd cut my losses. I let the owner know and he told me that the guy was coming from getting a tooth pulled, and might have still been impacted by anesthesia. Extending the benefit of the doubt... maybe that was the case. But regardless, a tattoo artist or piercer should not be working on clients when impaired to the extent that they can't maintain their balance and they're drooling on clients. On a positive note, I can say that the owner was very pleasant to speak with and was very receptive to the feedback I gave after I left; he seemed genuinely concerned and said he'd go check on the guy. That said, there are far better places to get work done.

The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

Because Codi had extra time, she also helped me make a jewelry switch for an old conch piercing since my old bar was way too long than it needed to be. Tabby (the sweet lady at the front desk) was also very helpful in talking me through what a daith was going to feel like, making the experience much smoother. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I have gotten a cartilage piercing before, but they didn't take the time and effort and care to explain what to expect before, during, and after the appointment. Not only was the line work VERY high quality, he was a cool dude who had a great music recommendation. We've been playing a fair amount of Chris Knight this week. All in all, I would highly recommend the shop. Everything was very clean - the sharps boxes were in plain view and you could see each artist using a clean set up after each customer. Gold clasp wasn't in my price range, but I found a really cute silver hoop with stones that worked for me and was within my price range. Then my buddy Zach took care of the actual switch--removing the retainer and putting in the new hoop. He got the size just right, and I absolutely love the new look! They walk you through the process, have you pick out your jewelry and sign a few forms, tell you the total price then you wait in their small waiting area until you get called back to your room. Once you get called back, their rooms are super clean and their piercers are very knowledgeable. They do what you need to feel comfortable, whether that's being walked through step by step of what's going to happen or going in completely blind. The rooms and materials are clean and they set you up for success for healing your piercing.
