Also, I needed two prescriptions, one for when I was reading something I was holding, and one when I was using computers at work that have the screens placed unusually far from the seat, and they calculated the different prescriptions I would need for each. I also bought my glasses there, and they were super helpful and they handled all the insurance paperwork to get the glasses to me at no out of pocket cost. I highly recommend them!

I honestly feel this was the most thorough and precise eye exam I have ever had. I also came away with a much better understanding of my eyes and the issues affecting my vision. My new prescription is absolutely perfect--the best eyeglass prescription I have ever had! One issue with the original frames I selected. They weren't quite large enough to accommodate my prescription properly, which made it difficult for me to read through the bottom portion of the lenses. I returned and selected a larger pair of frames, and that immediately solved the problem. I believe it took only about a week to receive the replacement glasses. Now I can see perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Five stars for the quality and thoroughness of the eye care, affordability, and the outstanding customer service from the entire staff. I highly recommend them!

Each member, from start to finish did a great job in making her feel comfortable, secure and walking her through each process of testing. This office is very kid friendly and I'd highly recommend checking them out for any eye care needs. We finished off with trying on some glasses, which they had plenty of options to choose from. They do accept many types of insurance, along with care credit to keep things affordable.

This was a baseline first time exam, but he gave me a prescription for glasses and wants me to return in 6 months. I'm happy to be rechecked frequently because I have MS and sometimes you get optic neuritis. They have an extensive selection of frames to peruse, but you aren't required to buy frames there I used to go to another Newberg eye place that was filthy, had kids/interns doing the eye exams and sold old fashioned type frames. The doctor never was involved. Didn't know if they showed up that day. I had very little confidence in the exam, and the equipment they used was OLD and not up to date like Owen has

Since the move, the communication has been horrible: No one answers the phone, nor do they return voice messages. The worst part is that no one actually seems to care. I actually had to drive (30 min) to their clinic to speak with the person I needed to talk to. I will no longer give this establishment my business nor would I recommend them to anyone.

When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. A week went by and no reply.... The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

It helps to have confidence in the person who is looking out for your eye health, which I do. This last year has been a little strange with the changes to my eyesight with cataracts, but with guidance and new eyewear, it seems to be clearer and brighter. Next step is cataract surgery!
