Dr. Polsinelli was so thorough and has the nicest personality! Turns out he's married to his partner optometrist, Dr. Miyamoto, who graduated from the same high school I did! Such a small world. His exam and explanations were beyond my expectations. I mean I've been told for years that I had dry eyes, but no one ever said how to treat it other than buy eye drops. Dr. Polsinelli actually gave me a lesson on home remedies and what causes the dry eyes. After talking about my life changes, he also told me he offers free pediatric eye exams to children 6-12 months old. Wow! I just can't say enough about his practice and I look forward to meeting his wife one day!

I should have left time before last when the tech did my whole entire exam because the doctor was too busy to do it. My bad. I went again on October 4th, saw a floating doctor that was filling in for another on maternity leave, who by the way was great and I will likely be going to the clinic she regularly works at-not affiliated with Lenza. I have called repeatedly in the last 5 days to ask if my glasses are ready as I was told standard 2 weeks. I left two messages-no call back. I am no longer living close to the location and happened to be passing yesterday, so I stopped. Signs on the door that they are closed, call the Newberg office if you need assistance. Called that location, no answer, left a message, no reply. The store front in Wilsonville's hours on the door now say 3:00-6:00 Monday. I then called before 6:00, no answer. All I want is some customer service for the $350 glasses I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. A call back, or someone to answer the phones. Now I just want a refund and never to be associated with them again. There is no reason to not have staff at locations, answer messages, or be open during reasonable hours. To me this is a result of a bigger problem. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if I don't hear back by the weeks end. **Update, called again, reached McKenzie who assures me that my glasses will be ready Thursday or Friday. When I try to explain my frustration, he says they are short staffed and there's nothing they can do about it. I can't have overnight shipping but I can have 2-day shipping so I'll miss my flight... because why?? His optometrist rudely would not answer but cut me off to dictate me "she was not going to argue about it!" Um, it's a basic everyday transaction. You fill out the shipping slip the exact same way except you check the overnight box and charge me accordingly. It would cost me hundreds more to stay longer than necessary just because an eye doctor needs to draw a line in the sand about the cost of inflation? It's my extra $15 dollars buddy. I can not eat out one meal for the ability to see clearly for a couple years. Sheesh! Perhaps they should have told me that when I made the appointment, you think!? Then I wouldn't have made special arrangements so that I could get glasses in time.
