Fast and prompt service, arrived when he said he would. Also, kept in contact with me via texts as to what to expect and what i would charged. Replaced and reprogrammed a new key fob system for my car, it has worked perfectly, even gave me a nice new keychain for it. Will definitely use Silver Eagle again read more

I'm giving this company a 5 star because of how pleasant and prompt they are. The staff there KOBY was so pleasant. I think he heard (through my voice) my desperate plea for help. My elderly parents locked themselves out of their home and Koby says, "I can be there in 15 min. Text me their address." Anyway, long story short...my parents eventually was able to get inside their home (on their own). I immediately called Koby (who was enroute) and canceled the service. I felt so bad and wanted to pay for his gas etc. He says don't worry about it. What a great person! If I ever get into this situation, I would definitely call them. Thank you Koby for your prompt response, being pleasant and so patient. Keep up your friendly, positive attitude. read more

Koby!! Thanks so much for your help! I asked about pricing a few months back and I recently decided to hire him for his key duplicating services. He was very friendly and very quick in making the car key. The duplicate he made is much nicer than my original key! Thank you again for being so awesome. Highly recommended! read more

This place is the best. Needed a duplicate car key so we would have an extra key for our push button start 2009 Mazda 6. Was to our house within an hour of the call and his cost was the lowest of all our quotes. Will definitely use him again. read more

He provided me a quote. I had mentioned to him that I needed to leave town but could set up our appointment for the day I returned. Like a dating site I was ghosted by this person and his business. I asked when we could schedule a time and was told he needed to check his schedule. Never heard from him again. Even after I sent a couple more polite messages I received no response. If you have luck with this business good for you. But I won't be recommending them to anyone. ****** Update The owner reached out to me said why he hadn't been in touch. I'll change my rating for now. If I need services in the future maybe it will be with this business. read more

I needed two new keyfobs for my Honda Civic. I used the live chat on the website and received an instant response. Koby took care of business and did it with a smile. The price was half of what the dealership would charge, so he saved me money as well. I recommend his services to anyone who needs the best quality locksmith. read more

Koby was very quick, clean, courteous, and professional. Excellent value, highly recommended. Thank you!

Super responsive via text...which I prefer as a primary form of communication anyway. Showed up when they said they would! Did the job super fast and made sure all my locks were working smoothly and efficiently everywhere in the house. Very professional. Will absolutely call them again for all my lock needs. read more

Exceptional service, highly recommend. Koby was friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hire again.

We had Koby come out to not only get us out of our locked vehicle but to also reprogram keys and the ignition in a 2010 ford f150. I had a stuck key in the ignition and ended up changing out the ignition with a doorman product that has a dongle to program to your vehicle. The system failed the upload and security locked me out of the computer. Silver eagle came out within a couple hours and got me out of my big mess. Prices were very affordable and the owner Koby explained the processes throughly of where I went wrong. I'll definitely be calling them again, these guys know what they're doing and I'd say it money well spent! Thanks again read more

We locked ourselves out of the house. Kobi came to our rescue with in 15 to 20 minutes of calling for help. He was friendly & efficient.

I highly recommend this company. Koby was the first person to respond to my YELP request, within 10 minutes, and ended up being the best quote/deal offered. Communication was great, as he always answered my messages promptly, and his service was A+A+A+. He cut and programmed my key within 15 minutes, did a fantastic job. He is very friendly and professional. read more

Requested a quote for programming 2 key fobs, Silver Eagle Locksmith replied with a quote two and half times more than all the other Locksmiths. Will update...... A misunderstanding, received a new quote with updated information. Price is very competitive! read more

We had a problem with our rear door lock today and I checked Yelp for advice. Noting Silver Eagle Locksmith's outstanding reviews, I gave them a call, explained the situation, and tried to arrange an appointment for the next day as there was no emergency. We agreed on a time and then Ezra asked, "Would it be OK to do it now?" Why yes! Before a half hour passed, the doorbell rang and Ezra introduced himself. He showed me his Las Vegas Metro Police locksmith ID and he gave me a business card. He checked the door, saw the problem, and told me what he'd need to do to remedy the situation and the cost. Within 15 minutes of arriving, I had a new doorknob with the lock keyed to existing keys which made it so easy! Now we don't have to worry about being locked out of our house in the back yard! Ezra was a very pleasant man. I agree with my friend Arvin T. that I can recommend Silver Eagle to anyone. The work is fantastic!! Thanks, Ezra! read more

I had some locks that needed to be re-keyed and I found this company online. They gave a reasonable quote so I decided to try them out. Koby came out on the scheduled date. He was a little later than I expected due to a scheduling hiccup but came out very quickly once I followed up. I was very impressed with Koby's expertise. He was able to give me honest feedback about my current locks and what I could do to make my home more secure. Something I will definitely consider as I had no idea! He probably would have been done with the job faster if I hadn't talked his head off! He is very knowledgeable about his trade. Thank you for the great service! read more

I would recommend Silver Eagle Locksmith to everyone! I had a very old front door lock that was falling apart and I reached out to the team and they were able come right out and replace my double front doors within 40 minutes, WOW, amazing. We lost our only car key. Kobe responded promptly and was able to come about an hour after I contacted him. What a relief! I was afraid a fob would be very difficult to recreate and program but he was quick and efficient. Prices were fair. Thanks! read more

I lost my keys to my car and had to call around the find someone to not only unlock my car but give me a new set of keys. Embarrassingly, this is not the first time it happened and while the company I had previously used was good, the price I paid then versus this time was the same BUT last time I only got a crappy key and this time I got a remote with an attached key AND it was a Honda remote. Otherwise, the gentleman who came out wore a mask the entire time, was super friendly, fast, efficient, clean, professional and was done in a super reasonable amount of time. He offered an additional key for a very reasonable price which I took the offer on. It sucks I had to spend money on a new set of keys but, amazingly, I got the same price for two remotes from this company as a quote I had gotten recently from a local company just to make me just one remote with key. And I had my car unlocked and they had to come to me. Highly recommend company and I'm completely grateful I used them over anyone else. read more

Before I moved into my place, I had to get the locks replaced. I actually rent my friend's condo and Koby was sure to get his information in advance so that he knew my friend actually owned the unit. (Ie copy of his ID, copy of a bill with the current address) Koby's technician met me in a timely manner, swapped out the deadbolt and doorknob quickly, and recommended/performed installation of a door strike plate to improve security. They also replaced the mailbox lock too. He was courteous and professional throughout the whole experience with reasonable prices to boot. read more

Koby responded within minutes to my quote request to replace my husbands broken car key. His quote was far lower than the dealership and he was at our house within a matter of hours. Thanks so much! read more

Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. He can go right ahead and provide a screenshot, but it will have been doctored. Untrustworthy, rude and condescending. As men often are to women. What can I expect from you? Why would I hire someone who can't even be bothered to make inquiries or try to be competitive to earn my business? Absolutely absurd. Would I have been treated this way if I'd been a man? read more

Left my keys in Colorado and he came out as soon as he could and made the whole process easy. He's a really cool guy with a positive attitude. read more

We called to get estimates on how much it would cost to get 5 doors rekeyed. We got a quote from Koby and had a guy out to us within the hour. I would definitely recommend the company for any needs! Not only were they professional and courteous but they made me feel like family. The price was reasonable. The tech( name I forgot) was also great. I felt bad because I paid with a card and he didn't say oh would you like to tip? so I had no clue I couldn't add it later after the payment was processed. I felt horrible because I wanted to tip him but I never carry cash. He didn't make me feel bad for not tipping he was so no e and said oh no it's ok thank you so much. Luckily my daughter had some cash so I was able to tip him even though he did not want to take it. But he definitely deserved it working hard and coming out so fast. Thanks again and great work!!!! read more

Dude was VERY friendly, showed up in a mask, everything cost as quoted, very polite man helped me.
