They did an amazing from start to end, including permits and inspections. After all those years the pavement still maintains the quality and firmness.

We had a good initial meeting the head landscaper and we asked for multiple things to be done. The initial price quoted seemed fair and we were anxious to get it done. He seemed to want us to do part of what we were asking through him and not the company he is working for. Once they arrived they fulfilled half of what we asked for and left. We arrived home believing they would be back to finish the work we talked about but it became clear they were under the impression they were complete with the job. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate. I'd strongly suggest avoiding them in the future.

He seemed like a nice guy so I allowed him to give me a $11,000 check since he forwarded me $500 cash. When I delivered the trailer to his house, he only wanted to give me $10,000 at first. Then after negotiating, he decided not to renege on his original deal and we settled with $11,500 and he gave me an $11,000 check. I went to deposit the check today and it would not clear. I contacted Jose and then he said he would give me $5000 for the trailer in cash plus a $6000 check. But he could not come up with the funds so I had to go to his home and take back the trailer. I would not do business with this person if this is the way he does business. Just a warning.

I contracted with Fred and sons of Craig contracting to replace my entire driveway, asphalt layers…read moreand gravel. He was to dig down 7-8", provide dust and gravel and 3" of asphalt rolled to 2.5". The driveway was also being widened and new apron & curb installed. Fred and I had a minor disagreement as I saw he was skimping on the base materials. Contrary to our contract... he thought the existing gravel could be re-used even though it was riddled with major roots. I pointed to the contract and told him to replace it. He said he did, but obviously did not. I then spray painted some areas where he clearly hadn't dug out the tree roots which were exposed when I dug only 1" below the top layer of gravel. When initially finished, the driveway looked beautiful. Less than 12 months later, numerous cracks developed where we had the disagreement about digging up the old material & replacing. Fred didn't show up the 1st year I called him with a warranty claim. In Year 2 the cracks became much larger and grew in number. He said there was no warranty even though I read back to him the 3 year guarantee on materials and labor from his standard contract. At the end of year 2, Fred showed up on a rainy day (no other jobs) with his son and an ax and started chopping the roots he could see. That was my warranty... no replacement or permanent fixes. My expensive driveway is cracking and crumbling like this 1-2 years after Fred's work and it seemed his only goal was to run out the warranty period. I guess small claims court is next....
