It has all the things you could want, fridge, space to make out your clothes away, security safe. They have a small section in the lobby in case you want sodas or snacks. If you are in Reno on a quick trip I'd def recommend this place. Next time I come I heard the sushi place across the street is pretty good. PS. Didn't give it a 5 star due to the thin walls. There is a nice side patio by the river but bugs are plentiful. Parking is only $15 but you have to go outside and in the elevator to the garage across the street. Coffee shop across the street opens at 7ish. Courtyard "Starbucks" opens at 6:30 but again the staff is :( Room had a broken light fixtures and all the soap holders in the shower was loose with screws out. Also, the room stank whenever I came back so maybe shared with a stinky neighbor? Would I stay here again by choice? No.

Bathroom was nice, bright and clean with soaking tub. Many power outlets to charge electronic devices. TV has lots of channels. Gym. Rock climbing activities for a fee through a separate company in the same building. Very nice staff. Easy check in/out. Relaxed ambiance. No casino attached so you don't have to go through busy, smoky casino lobby. In downtown Reno. Less than a block away to the famous Reno arch sign. Short walking distance from the front door to the big casinos. Cons: Parking garage is across the street, not attached to the hotel itself. Valet costs $25 per day. Self parking overnight is $8 per day. Maybe difficult during the winter especially when having to park next to the curb in front of the hotel entrance. No roof over the drop off at the front entrance. AC system was a bit loud. Price is at least $200 per night.

Although I didn't gamble, the hotel hosts a nice casino floor and several other amenities like a bowling alley, a large pool, an arcade, a sensory rooms, an escape room and a host of restaurants that range from Jamba Juice, coffee or burgers to a fancy steakhouse. I had dinner at Una Mas because they specialized in Mexican food. Overall the food and drinks were okay. The highlight of my stay was the Grand Sierra Spa! Although their steam room wasn't available, I was able to take advantage of their sauna, coed spa room and a massage. The ambiance was beautifully decorated and they offered complementary snacks and tea as well as one beverage with champagne or a mimosa as an option. I was going to give the hotel 3 stars but the spa pushed it to 4 stars!

I stayed at the Sands…read moremultiple times over the years and always loved the location, so I was excited to see what the updated property was like. Overall, I had a great stay! Parking was easy, check-in was simple, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The casino was also good to me! I pulled out $200 to play the slots and ended up walking away with over $1,200, so I definitely can't complain about that! My one con is the rewards program. I was disappointed to learn that spending at the resort doesn't earn tier credit the way it does at some other casino resorts. Being able to earn credit for hotel, dining, and other property spending is a great way for guests to move up tiers and gives you more incentive to keep your spending on property. Hopefully J Resort considers adding this or offering more multipliers in the future. Would I come back? Absolutely. The location, rooms, easy parking, and amenities make it worth another stay -- and the slots certainly didn't hurt! I'll definitely be back.

I loved the hall and decor by the elevators but I didn't particularly like the sign in the the elevator that says please don't jump. That kinda makes me nerves as to why would they say that unless their elevators were unstable. The room was nice and clean with a fridge with some complementary water, microwave, and a huge bathroom. It was lacking a safe thought. We went down to the pool but had to bring out towels down as there were no towels by the pool that we saw. Checking out was a but harder as my husband had to call to check out & receipt wasn't emailed until 5 in the evening. It would've been nice to see right away to correct any discrepancies if any. Overall, was a good stay for what it was in Reno.

Though your money doesn't stretch as far as it used to, the kiddos absolutely had a ball here. To EVELYN over at Midway's points redemption, YOU ARE A BITTER, UNHAPPY, AND RUDE employee. You are essentially the only negative aspect of my trip and stay at Circus Circus. If grabbing prizes and dealing with customers [young and old] is so tough, maybe you should find yourself another job!! Anywho, the stay at this hotel was great. The merge with Caesars Entertainment has really helped elevate the quality of the hotel in more ways than one. Staff was really great at getting our family a suite upgrade yet keeping us on the same floor as the rest of the gang. The room was clean, the water pressure was good, and our room was spacious. One thing to note is the pull-out sofa bed being absolutely horrendous!!! It was lumpy, it felt like no barrier was provided from the metal springs, and there was a big indent- DON'T BOTHER USING THIS, IT WAS MORE COMFORTABLE LAYING ON IT IN COUCH FORM! Staff at check-in and check-out desk were great. They were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay on the Circus Circus property again.

We got to choose between staying on the 3rd floor (spa/gym floor) or a higher floor, and we chose for the higher floor which had a decent view. The casino seemed older than others we been to, but it seemed the hotel portion was updated. There were several elevators we could use, and it was nice that it was a clear glass elevator so you could see out. We did not hang out at the casino, but it also seems a bit older. You can definitely smell the smoke in here. We only tried the Purple Parrot for dining and it was solid. There seemed to be a seafood restaurant and it smelled quite fishy in that area. They have an arcade on the second floor for kids. We ended up finding several machines that were broken so we got some free play out of it, which was fun. The arcade seems to be open 24/7 but redeeming rewards may be during limited hours. The spa was great! The gym area was also pretty good as well, many machines to use. They also have yoga mats to use, but my only critique is there is not much space to lay your yoga mat in without feeling like you're in someone's way. However, the gym was not very busy at all in the morning time when I went. In the gym, they had a water refill station, towels, and fruit offered. Remember to bring your hotel card because they will ask that it's scanned at the entrance. Service was friendly at the front desk at check in and check out. We also requested some more makeup wipes from the house staff and they provided extra with no questions asked. Overall, it was a solid experience staying at Atlantis!

My cousins picked this location because they are members of a group who used this chain of hotels and casinos often. I personally am not attracted to gambling , so I don't frequent this type of hotel. As I said the rooms were nice, but this hotel caters to the gambling crowd. My cousins got their rooms on comp, because they gamble here so often and that is great, but if you are not a heavy gambler and you are not getting a free room I cannot recommend the Atlantis.

The nice lady who runs the joint was super friendly, super attentive and even brought my youngest a plate of fries just because he was craving them! And the fries are probably the best I've ever tasted hands down. I had the breakfast burrito and it was yuuuge and delicious.....the salsa was mild and didn't interfere. My other kiddo had a breakfast sammie with country potatoes, and it was spot on! The sausage patty was delish as well. I could sit in here all day, eat and people watch. One day I hope to get a room here during Street Vibrations or Hot August Nights and do just that. I plan on having lunch here el quicko so I can make it 5 stars (like I have any doubt)....
