If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had. My friends and I (a group of 13, 21-23 year olds) were just looking for a nice place to sit down get a drink and watch the football games that were on, and our experience was anything but nice. The second we walked in we were met with hostility. We told them we had a party of 13 and the server rudely said kitchen closes in 3 minutes, we assured her that we were there to only drink and watch the games, after that she sat us, but told us we would not be able to move another table so all of us could sit together. Once again the group of us said that was okay and we would make it work, and we did with. When we all sat, at our two separate tables, the server came up to us and asked if we were all 21, we responded with yes we all are. She continued to respond with, i mean real id not a fake one, once again we all respond with yes. She checks our ids anyways, which is the only responsible and good thing she did as a server. Once she starts taking our drink order she then says that since we are a party of 13 she can't split the tab 13 ways, which is fine we can all venmo each other, then she says she'll just split it between the two tables, which also works for us. We were all trying to be very understanding because at least half of our group is/ has been in the service industry at one time or another so we get the stress of having a party of 13 walk in. We think the worst is over at this point, but we were far from right. Most of the group bought pull tabs and we had some winners, when they went to cash them in the bartender said I am way too busy for this and I can't do that right now, mind you every person in the bar had a drink or was helped, but once again my group said it's okay we understand you're busy, we can wait. The bartender continued on with, well i'm busy so you're still going to have to wait. As they were patiently waiting for their cash out, they were called rude multiple times by the bartender, which I think she needs to take time to look in the mirror at herself. They finally got their cash out from their pull tabs, and at this point we all decided that we just wanted to get the hell out of there. We asked for our check, and the server asked if we wanted it split, we were confused because she had already told us we couldn't split the tab. We let it go, and when we got the check we realized that she had already added the credit card surcharge to the check, which should not be added until she grabbed the check and saw what we were paying with. As we were waiting for her to bring the card and check back, we noticed that the table we were next to that got up and left had actually been two tables combined together, so why were we not allowed to combine tables? Is it because we look young and you think we won't tip, is it because you think we were going to be rude either way? Whatever the reason was we were treated with such disrespect that it ruined the entire night for us. We were all planning on getting at least 2-3 drinks, and we all tip well because as previously mentioned most of us are servers, and we understand the hard work that goes into the job. I would have been more understanding of the rude service we received if the place was busy, but there were maybe ten other people in the bar with four workers there. We also were not the only people the servers and bartender were rude to. Another lady at the bar was cut off after two drinks, mind you this lady was walking fine, not slurring her words, or acting like a drunk fool. Instead of the bartender cutting her off in a nice way, like they are trained to, she rudely told her that she was cut off. Overall this is the worst bar I have ever been into in my life. From the second we walked in, to the second we left, we faced hostility and disrespect. These servers and bartender need to find a new career path because with the way they acted and treated us they are not meant to work in the service industry. read more
