Good service and costumer support. I get my chimney cleaned every year for the past 5 years and they've always been the same.

Scott replaced a chimney cap and chase flashing on my 1978 house. At the time the house was built, triple-wall metal stovepipe was in use. That type is now obsolete and Scott was the only contractor who showed up with the ability---and the willingness---to customize currently available parts to effect a competent repair. Scott gave me the option for galvanized or stainless flashing and did not push the more expensive material. Scott showed up smack on time to do the estimating but the customer must expect the return to do the repair to be open-ended. Most valley tradesmen make middle-class customers nervous, but Scott proved to be a professional and delivered the goods. Scott & Hillary are the best! We had an appointment scheduled for routine semi-annual cleaning, but about a month ahead of that, we discovered that our wood stove chimney was blocked due to creosote build-up. Scott & Hillary were very amenable to upping our cleaning date by 3 weeks, because we are in the cold season and needed our wood stove for heat. Scott is very responsive to customer inquiries and always returns our phone calls. On the morning of our scheduled cleaning, Scott called us to confirm the appointment, and they arrived right on time. The two of them working as a team get the job done quickly and with efficiency. They also take measures to ensure that your hearth and immediate surroundings near the stove are protected against potential stray debris from the cleaning process.
