I told Nick I'm not a fan of fish that's heavily battered and soaked in oil like a sponge. He reassured me I'd love theirs because it's large pieces of fish with a light batter -- and he was absolutely right. I also asked for the hottest sauce they had, and instead of just bringing something standard, Nick went to the kitchen and had a fresh jalapeño-based sauce made. It was incredible.
