go here if you want a 'pretty woman' (before transformation) shopping experience. I bought a bra in the last sale - it was 3 or 4 months ago - and washed and the cups went all wrinkled. Went in and asked what to do and was informed that I should bring in, even although some time had elapsed. The lady I saw the next day picked the bra up with 2 fingers ( yes you are imagining disdainful expression correctly..) and told me to steam it with a kettle. when I asked what I should do should this not work- she replied nothing as it was sale - she then laughed and said 'you only spent £ 15 on this and it is lejaby' ( clearly lejaby bras are £15 a wear!). When I pointed out it was clearly faulty she said it didn't matter... when I argued that legally if something is faulty you are entitled to a refund she told me the law was my opinion! she could actually have stated that I had no proof of purchase and therefore could have bought it somewhere else, however she just seemed to delight in being thoroughly unpleasant and offensive- I think the comment re the cost of the bra and the laugh sum it up......
forgot to add she also told me I clearly didn't know how to wash or store under wear..... read more
