The pieces in here are lovely designs, made of fine fabrics, and high quality, intricate stitching. They look fabulous and make body parts plump and tight in the proper places. The store itself can be a bit intimidating. There is a really big security guy that greets you at the door. Under the surface he is a big teddy bear, but you don't know that as you walk in. The store is small and there most likely won't be too many people in there, so it can feel a bit awkward looking at all the sassy frilly stuff in front of a sales associate and the lingerie guard LOL! I must add my sales associate was very nice and I did not sense any unwarranted pressure to buy more. I was debating on which of my two favourite sets to buy and she told me the most practical solution, which I appreciated. I bought the 'classic' piece, because the colorful, less versatile, statement piece would probably go on sale at the end of the season. This is NOT where you go for your everyday nude t-shirt bra or your comfy whitey tighties. Agent Provocateur is where you find salacious undergarments. Some of the pieces are technically not even undergarments and meant to be part of your outfit peaking out, or making a statement "I am wearing something sexy." Not for the feinthearted, they have a wide range of lingerie, ranging from the cute, to the obscene. Almost like a very highend version of Ann Summers, but in a completely different, almost classy, league, it offers a range of 'seduction' accessories also - whips, paddles, garters, etc, etc. Saucy, huh? It has a large range of stock in various sizes and colours which seem to be priced reasonably (I admit, my googling session tonight has been a little strange...). The staff seem pleasant enough and allow you plenty of space to browse. This was something I especially appreciated. So, if you're into some different sexual stuff pop in. The staff are lovely, I would actually love to work there or even design underwear for them. The underwear is great quality, you'll find everything in this store, from sexy to girly bras and knickers, to silky nightwear, or even those beautiful soft pijamas. When I am in the store I turn into Rebecca Bloomswood from Confessions of a Shopaholic, my heart (almost) melts. Also, the layout of the shop is brilliant. I love the fact you can just open up little drawers and find your own size, or just get the assistant to do it for you, if you're that lazy. The changing room I am usually in had an old fashioned telephone, which you can use if you would like any assistance. You can also change the light by yourself. It's genious.

Not only were they able to size me properly and fit me with the first comfortable bra I can remember wearing since puberty, but they actually have a nice and colourful selection! Amazing! Unfortunately once you get to anything above a C-cup, braziers don't come cheap. They start at about £20, but tend to average around £30 - £40. Sad for the budget, but you do pay for quality (gone are the days when Debenhams bras would burst and stab me with underwire). Bravissimo have their own line of lingerie, but also have stock from designers such as Masquerade who make some very pretty bras and knickers. The service level from the ladies in this shop is just amazing. You can make an appointment for a fitting, so you are rarely kept waiting. Even if you just want to be seen to as soon as possible, they always give you waiting times, and there are plenty of comfy seats while you wait. The fitter will ask you what style and colour you're looking for, and will bring back a selection after the initial sizing to try on. It's always reassuring that they bring back more than one size in the different styles, as manufacturers seem to differ in their measurements. Additionally, the fitters really put you at ease, and always ask if you want them to leave the room while you change bra. Some other places can leave you feeling a wee bit awkward. I've been frequenting this shop since it opened, and with this level of service and good selection, it's unsurprising that they'll continue to see me come through their doors (hopefully) for years to come. If you've ever had trouble with your undergarments, these ladies can sort you out!

Just beware that many stores close early (6 pm I think) and although the food places may be open but many stores were not when I went around 7 pm.
