    Love their service and the cards I received! Spot on in every single detail! The entire process was smooth and easy for the files uploading, Silkcards always delivery their best (I'm customer from SC since 2009)

    I paid a $99 design fee. After the final draft was approved, the design team sent a pricing proposal. I agreed to print 500 cards and was promised delivery by New Year's Eve 2024. However, when I received the cards late on January 23, I was deeply disappointed with the quality. The cards were not what I had ordered. The cards was supposed to have three layers, but it only had two. The second layer was literally separating from the first, causing every card to come apart. After speaking to a manager multiple times over several weeks, he finally agreed to give me a full refund. However, when I returned the cards, I only received a partial refund. I would strongly advise against using this company and believe it may even be a scam.

    couldn't have asked for a better product! every business card I hand out I get the comment along the lines of "wow this is a really nice card" 10/10 i recommend silkcards to everyone!

Every time I come in for business shipping, they take the time to help, explain options, and make sure everything is done right. No rushing, and always real, friendly service. They do this with every person in the store. They knew everyone who came by name and they all seemed like old friends. :) If you run a business or ship regularly, skip the post office headaches and go here instead. I didn't even have a physical mailbox but was fine paying that rate. After the new owner took over, it jumped to over $200 -- more than double -- with no explanation and no added value. It feels like pure price gouging. To make it worse, I renewed early, then realized I didn't want to continue and asked to cancel before my actual renewal date. She refused. Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care. I hate that I'm now stuck for another year having to come in and see her face any time I get mail.

    Last Monday, Dec 23, 2024, at 4:47pm, I was ordered OfficeMax Employee to send a package with USPS…read moreservice to my friend's house for Christmas. I saw Employee already Printed the Label but she hadn't peeled it from sticker paper yet. I saw her being distracted to talk to another male customer while I left OfficeMax. I checked ID tracking about the package still being in the USPS facility and delivered by Dec 27 but unfortunately, on Dec 27 that package did not get out for delivery. I was worried when I thought it was lost or stolen. But the next morning Saturday, I found my package had returned to my home, not to my friend's home. I discovered that the printed Label was missing on both sides of my package and that she forgot to put it on my package. So deeply DISAPPOINTED that she failed to put a printed label on it. It's TOO LATE and I already demanded a FULL REFUND back then I went to another delivery service building, not OfficeMax to send the package to my friend. Her service is TERRIBLE, because of her lack of awareness of important objectives and checking packages. I think She forgot to put an important Label printed on my package after talking with the male customer and she put the package on the Delivery shelf that she was not aware of the printed Label still on my package. I won't bring any future packages to OfficeMax for sending anymore FOREVER!!!!!! I didn't trust the delivery service at OfficeMax!! I DON'T RECOMMENDED THAT!!

The employee was apologetic for the wait... but what should have been a 10-15 min process turned into a 45 min process. All and all... simple and professional. Reason for the 4 stars was the waiting process on my appointment.

    I am only giving it one star but really they don't deserve ANY. I dropped off a small package on a…read moreFriday. I paid almost $19 for pkg to be sent to Utah. Recipient did not receive it as of THURS although he assured me it will arrive in Provo MOn or Tues at the latest. So I went directly back and I asked for the tracking number. He (he said his name was Kenny Smith...) showed me on the monitor that it was "IN TRANSIT". HOWEVER, when I went home and punched in the numbers for Fedex to track it was not available. I called Fedex TWICE. They did an address search and there is NO record of my pkg nor that tracking number. I called Kenny again. He couldn't even tell me WHEN the pkg was picked up. I was at least hoping they were lying and that the pkg was JUST picked up and was still in the truck which is why no record was showing but he could not tell me or will not tell me when it was picked up. He said he was not working Mon or Tues so he doesn't know. (!) I asked about the discrepancy and he said he will call Fedex and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I gave him 15. When I called back, I could barely understand what he was saying because I could tell he was trying to dodge my questions ie "When was it picked up?" or "Don't you get a receipt from Fedex from the address label that you make"? I asked if there was anyone I can talk to and he gave me the name of the owner and wouldn't tell me how to reach her. He didn't even know how to spell her name. I am upset. The boxes contained 200 wedding invitations that were individually addressed. I am VERY upset. It would have been best to just be honest and tell me WHEN or IF it was picked up so I can at least know exactly where the pkg is. As of now, I still don't know what happened. I am sick to my stomach. I will NEVER do business with this entity again. THey are unprofessional. Plus the man has his little girl assisting him. That is NOT how you run a business. Disgusted. POSTSCRIPT: AFTER A WEEK, the owner called me and told me she would get to the bottom of it. Within a couple of hours, I was able to track the pkg on the Fedex website. The owner tried to represent to me that the pkg was picked up. THE TRUTH of the matter is, Fedex SCANS each pkg on every point so that the pkg is trackable. So if the pkg is not on their system, it simply was NOT picked up. This means that my pkg SAT IN THEIR OFFICE for a week. I don't know why. But a previous review had the same problem just 2 weeks prior to my incident. THEY ARE LIARS and tried to cover their butts. AND they did not even offer to give me my money back since so much damage was already done. (Since the pkg contained wedding invitations we had to reorder 200 more since time was not on our side...) I am so disgusted with them. DO NOT drop off your package here. if you do, ASK FOR THE LABEL RECEIPT and actually MAKE them print and attach the labels on your package. That is how its' done.
