He never even asked me if I'm wearing anything with wires or metal the instructions were you can't wear pants with zippers or bras I asked if I had to take off my shoes he replied in a very sarcastic way he said well I'm not doing a scan your feet am I? Next time I need any kind of x-ray or CT scan I will ask my insurance provider to send me anywhere else most places care about their customers. Other places even say this is the exit thank you etc. etc. this guy obviously did not like his job or just didn't want to be there today.

Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

I don't want Kaiser capturing nor saving my image without my explicit permission. Service wise, this Kaiser isn't too bad. It isn't quite as busy as other more centrally locations which is a plus. They offer only specific services though. Parking isn't a problem. Friendly staff. You will see a lot of elderly people /visitors/patients at this location for some reason so be helpful and friendly to them and patient with them.

I thought if I went to this Marque Urgent Care Clinic yesterday to ask one of their Doctors to give me a Blood Test and an Ultrasound on my right leg which I was experiencing moderate to severe pain that feels like a tingling sensation from underneath my right knee down towards my right foot. I also have swelling in my right leg and my skin on the front and back of my right leg is warm to the touch. These symptoms that I am describing are signs of a Blood Clot in my right leg and I was advised by my nurse to walk into this Marque Urgent Care Clinic yesterday. A blood clot is a very serious medical condition. It's a medical emergency. When I called yesterday at 4 PM I got an answering machine that said ALL OF THERE MEDICAL STAFF IS BUSY AND LEAVE A MESSAGE. I did leave my full name and my cell phone number to call me back ASAP. This Marque Urgent Care Clinic NEVER called me back yesterday and I have a serious Blood Clot in my right Leg, if this blood clot breaks off it can move up to my heart and I can have a Heart Attack and Die.
