He never even asked me if I'm wearing anything with wires or metal the instructions were you can't wear pants with zippers or bras I asked if I had to take off my shoes he replied in a very sarcastic way he said well I'm not doing a scan your feet am I? Next time I need any kind of x-ray or CT scan I will ask my insurance provider to send me anywhere else most places care about their customers. Other places even say this is the exit thank you etc. etc. this guy obviously did not like his job or just didn't want to be there today.

Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

This is a great place!…read more I was originally scheduled for three different appointments in different weeks in December which is a real inconvenience for me walking 20 minutes back-and-forth to the clinic on 4060 Fairmont Ave. When I checked in I was delighted that MEAZA, The x-ray specialist said we could do it all that afternoon! She is ultra professional, when I asked questions she told me what was going on, and I couldn't ask for better service. Well, I landed one appointment in 2 more weeks which is the earliest one. So far all the appointments for my wife are kept and scheduled ahead of time, but be aware that each visit you will see a different person, nurse, doctor, practitioner due to the nature of this program. You don't have to come super early because unlike other clinics they won't see you early until it's your time, so avoid waiting in the lobby for too long

I have to admit that it really depends on which technicians are working that day. Today, Edwin was wonderful--very accommodating, helpful, and patient with us. Unfortunately, our last experience was much more difficult. The staff initially refused to do her X-rays, saying that "their experienced technicians are not working that day." After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to do them. Overall, most of the time the staff is fine, but there definitely seems to be a difference depending on who is working. If you need to bring someone in a wheelchair or stretcher, I would recommend avoiding weekends if possible and going before 4 PM. I just received your phone call relating the fact that your radiologist is not interested in doing this MRI even though Boston Scientific (Pacemaker Manufacturer) says their product is compatible. Your company said from the outset when I first contacted you that this was within your realm of service. So I have been misled completely by your company and the company personnel responsible. Somehow, I don't believe that this is rocket science to do an MRI on someone's knee who has a pacemaker in their chest and the pacemaker manufacturer states on their information that their product is MRI compatible. Thank you for contacting us and letting us know your company will not be able to assist us.

I came in for routine lab work…read morerelated to my surrogacy journey, and instead of receiving professional, respectful service, I was met with unnecessary difficulty. As soon as the receptionist learned my appointment was for surrogacy, she said she couldn't find the ordering physician in the system and seemed unfamiliar with how to handle my paperwork. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or asking for assistance, she told me to take my weekly lab order and leave. It was frustrating to feel dismissed simply because she wasn't familiar with surrogacy-related lab orders. Patients shouldn't be turned away or made to feel like they're an inconvenience because staff lack knowledge about a particular type of medical care. I hope this location provides better training so future patients--especially surrogates and others with specialized medical orders--are treated with professionalism, respect, and a genuine effort to help.
