Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

This is a great place!…read more I was originally scheduled for three different appointments in different weeks in December which is a real inconvenience for me walking 20 minutes back-and-forth to the clinic on 4060 Fairmont Ave. When I checked in I was delighted that MEAZA, The x-ray specialist said we could do it all that afternoon! She is ultra professional, when I asked questions she told me what was going on, and I couldn't ask for better service. Well, I landed one appointment in 2 more weeks which is the earliest one. So far all the appointments for my wife are kept and scheduled ahead of time, but be aware that each visit you will see a different person, nurse, doctor, practitioner due to the nature of this program. You don't have to come super early because unlike other clinics they won't see you early until it's your time, so avoid waiting in the lobby for too long

I called Family health centers and they were able to get us in the same day! The facility was very nice and clean and they have a parking garage just right across the street. SDI now adds an additional lobby "wait line" marked by an unstaffed podium. Prepare to wait in line with other ill, disabled patients & family 5 to 10 min just to check in -- after you arrive at lobby! Reception staff always on the run, answering phones, faxing results, checking in pts, "I'll be right with you . . ." Formerly welcoming, they're now overworked, stressed -- "just business . . ." Pts/family see what's happened and try to be helpful. SDI customer service now crippled by unhelpful, unwise, purposeful degradation of reception service -- to add to already rich SDI profits? Sick patients/family coming for help should not have to help SDI staff to be able to function comfortably at their jobs and to work in a pleasant healthcare work environment. One can only hope SDI Administrators and Physicians take note . . . At some point pts and MD referrers will vote with their feet!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location. I came in for routine lab work…read morerelated to my surrogacy journey, and instead of receiving professional, respectful service, I was met with unnecessary difficulty. As soon as the receptionist learned my appointment was for surrogacy, she said she couldn't find the ordering physician in the system and seemed unfamiliar with how to handle my paperwork. Rather than trying to resolve the issue or asking for assistance, she told me to take my weekly lab order and leave. It was frustrating to feel dismissed simply because she wasn't familiar with surrogacy-related lab orders. Patients shouldn't be turned away or made to feel like they're an inconvenience because staff lack knowledge about a particular type of medical care. I hope this location provides better training so future patients--especially surrogates and others with specialized medical orders--are treated with professionalism, respect, and a genuine effort to help.
