Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

    One-Star Review: Unprofessional Staff and Abusive Managerial Follow-Up…read more I am filing this review due to two distinct failures at the 3939 Ruffin Road, San Diego location. 1. Staff Misconduct: On May 6th, I witnessed a receptionist treating an elderly, disabled patient in a highly disrespectful and dismissive manner. The behavior was abusive and unacceptable, prompting me to file a formal complaint. 2. Managerial Misconduct (Regional Manager Michelle): The follow-up from the Regional Manager, "Michelle," was worse than the initial incident. When I called back to express dissatisfaction with her flat, initial handling, she: Called me by the wrong name ("Paul"). Explicitly minimized the witnessed abuse, claiming it was just my "mistaken perception" because the patient "had no issues." Became unprofessional, agitated, and volatile when I challenged her "damage control" tactics, accusing me of "talking over her." Tauntingly encouraged me to escalate the complaint to corporate. Conclusion: This experience shows a fundamental failure in customer service, from the front desk to executive management. Regional Manager Michelle's behavior confirms a culture of minimizing patient concerns and protecting poor behavior. I have escalated this complaint to the corporate office and strongly advise caution if you plan to use this facility.

    looks as if my original review got deleted?…read more its ok i suppose? i will now rewrite up my experience when i went here for my mri. i got to the building early as requested, i used the ipad thing to proof that i am there? after so, a woman got in and she signed in that she was also there that i do not know how she was seen before me. i finally got my mri done by 9:50... i got a text message saying that my mri is supposed to be by 8:10. now from 8:10 to 9:50 a tad bit over am hour, yet during before i was seen i was already agitated because i was there at the time supposed to be there by, knowing that an mri does not take a full hour to be done. i was so agitated earlier i believe that is because of this tbi that i am fighting through out. to be a tad bit kinder, i understand that a lot of other peoples are more important than me? which i have learned that a lot of dosabled people just gets pushed to the side that we are kust expendable

Both times i had very high co pay despite my insurance being billed for more than $5,000. Fast forward to now a month later i received another bill for $325 which i already paid in their office. When i called they said both payments went toward 1 mri which makes no sense i paid $325 for the first one it had contrast and $213 for the second as it didn't have additional contrast imaging. So due to them booking me on 2 seperate days they made a billing mistake. Now when i called i get some guy in a foreign country who can't help me. Run from this place go anywhere else. The care was also awful i was told the procedure would take 15 minutes they shoved me in the tube for almost an hour. Said it was my fault because i was breathing too much. Go anywhere else.!!

    First impressions are always important to me. I was referred to Center for Integrative Care by my…read moredoctor for acupuncture services. As soon as I walked in to the office I was greeted by a very friendly and sweet receptionist (sorry I forgot her name). The office is very nice, clean and calm. I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. The receptionist checked me in right away and explained everything thoroughly. She showed me where the water & restroom were and made sure that I was comfortable. I don't remember if I actually waited to be escorted back to the exam room. The office has a very organized system and it was all very quick. I waited in the exam room less than 3 minutes for Dr G to see me. He introduced himself and explained everything in detail about what he would be doing and what acupuncture is and does for the pain. The room was very soothing and quiet. The sounds overhead were like being at the beach listening to the waves and seagulls, it was soothing and calming. I'm usually very anxious and have trouble relaxing but he made sure that I was okay before he started. Dr G is very patient and professional. He walked me through every step of the process. After the needle placement he went over everything and made sure I was good before he left the room. I haven't been this relaxed in a long time. I think I fell asleep for a few minutes. I came here for wrist & trigger finger pain treatment and I'm so glad that I did! Not only was this super relaxing and easy but from this first session I felt relief. After the treatment Dr G stepped in cleared my hand, massaged it a little and asked how I was feeling. He made sure I was doing well before he sent me off. I wish I had done this before with other issues I had on my left hand. Every time I leave I think to myself that I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Center for Integrative Care and Dr G! I Absolutely love it here & I plan on returning even after my approved sessions are done. Excellent job to all the staff.
