She is ultra professional, when I asked questions she told me what was going on, and I couldn't ask for better service. Also, I want to shout out some prayers for the office staff who made it very easy to sign in and check my insurance. Those were three young woman Maria, Roberta, and Priscilla.

He never even asked me if I'm wearing anything with wires or metal the instructions were you can't wear pants with zippers or bras I asked if I had to take off my shoes he replied in a very sarcastic way he said well I'm not doing a scan your feet am I? Next time I need any kind of x-ray or CT scan I will ask my insurance provider to send me anywhere else most places care about their customers. The elevator connects from the underground parking and takes you to each story of the building. They have limited chairs in the waiting area and a pharmacy inside as well. There's a side entrance if you're coming from the street side. My grandmother had been coming here for years, her doctor was Laotian but sadly he passed away a few years ago. She got reassigned to another doctor Maria Real. The visit to her primary doctor can take a hour to two or more. It includes the waiting to be seen. Not too fond of that... but when you call their number, you get connected to someone after a short wait. When I asked for prescription refills, they are fast on it. Going back to rating her geriatric doctor Ahmed El-Ghoneimy it was our first time meeting him. He was very professional, friendly, kind and showed care toward my grandmother. He was concerned with the medications she was taking and wanted to try a healthier not much side effects alternative. I am happy we have been referred to him. The visit didn't take long and our wait was not long. His staff were helpful and friendly. He is located in the first floor near the pharmacy.

I'm a nurse so I know things take time & trying my best to be patient but honestly this is crazy. Don't think I will be returning... From my very first interaction with Sonohealth I could tell that they were different. The receptionist was kind and warm and answered my initial questions about the type of ultrasound that they offered for breast issues. The appointment system was online and easy to use and appointments were available the week that I was booking. Onsite at the clinic the receptionist was equally as warm and kind which initially helped calm my nerves. The clinic is so clean, warm and cozy it was lovely feeling like I wasn't walking into a cold medical facility. Then the true gem of the whole experience was Sergio the owner and ultrasound technician with 30+ years of experience. Sergio asked about my previous findings and immediately said "we will start there to help ease your mind" He explained every step, making sure to pause in between to answer any questions I may have had. He showed me all the spots of concern on the screen and explained what he was seeing and how it was all no concern at all. He had the ability and demeanor to bring my anxiety from a 10 down to a 1. Following the scan he explained to me that he saw no cause for concern but that the final work up would come from the radiologist who he worked very closely with in about a day. They actually delivered! Less than 24 hours later I had my report sitting in my inbox detailing out exactly what Sergio had already explained to me during my appointment. Sonohealth is a true gem all together from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking an ultrasound. Their kindness and professionalism was unmatched! I absolutely love her and all of the staff that had helped me. They are friendly, professional and welcoming. They really do care about our health. I'm not sure what type of insurance they accept but if you don't have insurance, they go by a scaling system of your income. The services are affordable and they won't charge you until they talk to you of prices and won't waste your time or your money. They don't have a long wait time, they value your time as well. It goes by fairly quick. The staff and doctors take the time to listen to your concerns. They have so many services available to anyone who needs it. Book your appointment! The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.
