Some sizes weren't readily available and no one was at the computer that's ACTUALLY in the dressing room so I had to go out to the customer service counter to get assistance. There I did receive prompt service and a "runner" would fetch the correct size and hand it to me there. Not sure how long they've been in business but I feel like they've become complacent and don't really care about offering even basic customer service. Maybe they were overwhelmed because it's peak prom season but I noticed many moms and daughters trying dresses on and leaving them, without buying. Sabrina was the one to originally help me, she didn't restrict me time wise, she was in the fitting room with me helping me put the dresses on and taking them off. I am a plus size bride so it was difficult to find places with dresses i could fit into and they made me feel so comfortable. I had a few appointments at other stores after i visited Village bridal and i couldn't help but compare the experiences i had at those store to the experience i had at village. At other stores i felt like if you didn't find your dress right away, they got impatient but it's such a hard decision. At Village Bridal they made me and my mom feel like they were our life long friends. My mom also found her dress there. They were not pushy or uptight.
