Even their gloves are too tiny for my slender hands! I get stared at like I'm a freak from a freak show. And every other minute someone asks me if I need help before I touch or feel an aticle in the shop, as if my touch will make their "gold" turn into poison! The shop is packed with racks of clothes and a few accessories. I usually would enter in for a change of atmosphere or when extremely bored. I never buy anything because it doesn't fit or the prices are just too damn high! $74.00 for a pair of gloves! Seriously? Most of their garments are nothing special. You can get the same or better at a place called Coquette in Garden City, NY for a fraction of the price. I know we're in rich Nassau County, but if you think your stuff is hot sh't you should have gotten a shop in a trendier location. Good luck and happy shops!

Today was our first fitting, we met with Amy she definitely knows her stuff and I'm so impressed with her knowledge of everything in her store. Honestly, we drove 45 minutes to go to this boutique after having terrible experiences elsewhere, and our experience was wonderful. She was abrupt and got loud once she saw my daughter's jacket and said, "you cant have that dress, I already sold it to someone in your school." I asked nicely if the girl had ordered the same color because if it was the same color, my daughter would not wanted the dress and we would have looked at others. She told me she does't know, and it doesn't matter, she cannot get the dress, and that shes the only one who carries it! She became so angry and loud. I told her we had tried on Sherri Hill gowns in New Jersey, and maybe they would order it for me. I think she was stunned that one i was calm and solved my own problem and saved over 50$ and the customer service was so much nicer and accommodating. Bottom line, I would never step foot in that outdated store again just to be met with this type of service. It is a shame because the younger girls working were very helpful in our previous visit to the store.
