We came on a Friday for lunch and there's only 1 kiosk so it takes a while for big groups to order and I don't think they have a person starting another order if it gets too busy. They were out of a couple of the drinks for the kids menu, which was okay because there were 2 other options. Not once did the staff interact with us or say hello to us. The wait time for the food was ok but the server basically ran and threw the food at our table without ever saying anything to us. I ordered a pork katsu sandwich and the pork was VERY dry. I also ordered it normal but when she threw it on the table, she mumbled something "it's not spicy" and but there was clearly some red powder on it and looked like my friend's sandwich that she ordered spicy. We went up to ask the girl and she said they accidentally put the powder on but it's not spicy and that was it. She didn't apologize or offer to exchange it. I think it's unacceptable behavior and I was in disbelief. They were also out of ketchup and we had a whole table of French fries with the kids meals... I have been to the other location a few times and the food and service was good as far as I can remember, but this location is horrible.
