It was a major project involving relayouting the living room to build a whole new kitchen and island, closing a fireplace, converting the old kitchen to a bedroom. Few observations: - Instead of just slapping line items of extra charges, Kamal actually gave suggestions where I could cut the cost by managing things myself, like building design and permits, avoiding structural changes. - Where it made sense he advised us to spend a little extra for things that will stay with us for a lifetime. Like going in for a custom slab instead of prefab.. Also Appliances - He listened to our concerns and expectations and made very personalized suggestions about things which no one else might. We installed two dish washers in our kitchen on his advice and this was one of the best optimization decision we made. - He pushed us calmly through unexpected changes in plan when we had some structural surprises. - He is very well versed with the building code and was able to keep is one step ahead of the city inspectors. In the end, we were able to pull off a major remodel which we and other contractors thought was crazy idea. And all that within reasonable budget, getting the highest quality and safety. Thank you Don't go by my word.. Let the pictures do the talking..

From the very beginning Tom was professional, making great recommendations for all the needed updates while keeping within our budget. At the same time Tom was very kind and patient with our questions and requests. During the process, we were kept informed about any issues and the progress. His crew was fabulous. They were just as polite and professional, paying attention to all the details. The finished product was absolutely incredible!! We cannot say enough about Tom and his crew. They made these challenging months so much easier and we were able to get a great selling price for the house. We highly recommend TT General Construction!

After charging me thousands of dollars, this contractor used cheap cables and breaker and installed a 240V simple outlet while I was gone instead of hardwiring for higher amps. He is very costly, lies about everything, feels like he has not installed EV Charger, and does not under concepts, and on top of that his attitude is very bad. He said ChargePoint Home Flex is cheap and won't support hardwiring, then when I showed video/manual/pictures he said the cable he used (cheap 6-2 Type NM-B) is very costly and big and won't go into Home Flex - he never accepted that the cable he used was not rated right for 60A. Now I'm stuck after spending so much money. Have to leave car connected for 2 more hours every time I charge. He did not understand the concepts. Feel completely cheated.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an employee who was driving a company vehicle and…read morebehaved in an extremely disrespectful and aggressive manner toward me and my wife. My wife and I were legally pulling into a gas station when the employee, who appeared to be attempting to make a left turn while exiting the gas station, became upset with how we entered the property. The employee then pulled alongside our vehicle and began yelling insults at us. During the incident, the employee used profanity in Spanish and called us "PUTO" twice. He also said "LA VEGA," or words similar to that, while continuing to verbally confront us. His behavior appeared aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially while operating a company vehicle. We did not engage with the employee or do anything to provoke this behavior. We were simply entering the gas station legally. Regardless of any disagreement or frustration on the road, an employee representing a company should not be using profanity, insults, or aggressive behavior toward members of the public while driving a company vehicle. I am requesting that the company investigate this incident and address the employee's conduct appropriately. I would also appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and information regarding what steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. This happened in San Jose , CA off of Branham Ln and Jarvis

The custom vanity and door in my bathroom were not primed and the paint is chipping off with barely a touch. The paint job on my kitchen cabinets was deplorable. The paint bubbled and chipped almost immediately. When I questioned them about it, they blatantly told me there was no issue and blew me off. These are not the only issues I had with them, but they are something I have to look at every day. Also, they were very threatening when I didn't want to pay the balance because of these issues (in addition to a major floor issue which I have since had repaired). Beware!

They have a very talented team with all the key skills in-house from foundation to framing to plumbing and electrical. And they have a great network of subcontractors for the windows, cabinets, granite, and tiling. A special shoutout to the amazing team at ADG. You guys are amazing. Their speed was impressive, and even during covid, with shutdowns and supply chain delays, they managed to pull of the project in 9 months. The only delays we suffered were caused by the lack of staff at the city and at the utilities. There were no surprises or cost overruns. And we found their experience and advice to be invaluable a we navigated the many decisions throughout the project. ADG is the only team we would consider for any future projects - that's how much confidence we have in their work. In January, 2017, I had a complete interior remodel of a 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath townhouse in…read moreCupertino. Work included upgraded electrical panel, recessed LED lighting in kitchen living room, and bathrooms, new vanities, walk in shower in master bath, tile, laminate floors in living and dining room, new cabinets and counterparts in kitchen, constructing a storage closet under stairs, new carpet in bedrooms and stairs, removal of popcorn ceilings, and complete painting. They also built a new mantle over my fireplace. This took about 3 months and the crew worked pretty much every day except when waiting for inspections (3 or 4 times). They even worked a few weekends. My girlfriend and I went shopping with their designer to pick out the tile, cabinets, sinks, etc. He then ordered the necessary quantities and I simply paid the invoices. All materials were picked up by the crew. She and I also used Home Depot and Lowe's to buy additional items, such as a dining room chandelier, new porch lights, ceiling fans, etc., which the crew installed. I even bought new front door hardware which they installed for me. They crew were excellent and took special care to not let either of my cats escape when the doors were open. Minor mistakes along the way, such as a wrong paint color, were corrected as soon as pointed out. I stayed in the home the entire time, switching bathrooms as each was being worked on. I was not there during the day for most of the work, having to be there for only a couple of days (kitchen appliance delivery and carpet installation for example) during the entire project. I even had two week long trips away from home during this time. The crew took very good care of things and (after the first few days) I was totally comfortable with them in my home while I wasn't there. Nothing was taken or disappeared, although a few things got misplaced as stuff was moved around! The project was broken up into four phases (first one bathroom, then master bathroom, kitchen, and others). Each stage had a down payment and four stage payments as work was completed, with the final payments as each phase was completed. I found this quite equitable and fair. At the end of the project, they power washed my front and back decks and sidewalks where there had been a variety of construction "stains".
